2 kids hamburgers and fries 🍟 for $22.00, and not cooked the way they were ordered. The salad 🥗 was good. Sea bass was tasty but cooked too long.
Maybe better next time?

Wow, save your time and hard earned money. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had for a birthday dinner. At the end of dinner the server lied to us stating that our bill was actually higher than the receipt indicated because she “forgot to ring in that refill”. We could’ve saved a little money and gotten better dinner at Chili’s. We will NOT be back and the managers will be getting a very detailed phone call about this horrid experience.

The White Chocolate Grill is an excellent restaurant that consistently delivers great food and a quality dining experience. Everything we ordered was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. The menu offers a wide variety, making it easy to find something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for seafood, steak, salads, or comfort food.

The atmosphere is upscale yet comfortable, which makes it perfect for date nights, business lunches, or special occasions. The service was professional, attentive, and friendly without feeling overbearing. The staff does a great job making sure you feel taken care of from start to finish.

It’s a reliable go-to for good food, great service, and a consistently enjoyable experience. Definitely a place I recommend and will return to.

Excellent food and atmosphere. It really does feel special coming here. We’ve been here twice and are very happy with the food. The last time though, service got 4 stars because our waitress and all the others disappeared in the hallway to talk for long periods of time whenever we needed help.

The creole blackened sea bass was wonderful and my daughter enjoyed her Thai Salmon burger. Excellent night out.

Service is very pushy to upsell. I understand and do not disrespect the sales pitch but we shouldn't have gotten an attitude for not ordering more food/desert. Will try something different next time

Found was incredibly average. Presentation was painful on the eyes. The lighting in there is dark with these terrible spotlights that hit one person per table very aggressively. These chain restaurants can’t seem to figure out how to do it well.

White Chocolate Grill has been a favorite of mine for several years which is why I picked it for my birthday dinner. But this dinner left such a MASSIVE impression that we will probably never go back. Three different servers before someone asl for our drink order. The waiter we ended up with never even smiled. When our order was finally delivered, my steak was extremely overdone and when I sent it back, the waiter told me I should order differently and they would probably cook it better. We ordered dessert at the same time as our meal and ask for it to be brought out after dinner. Well we didn't see our waiter again for the rest of the meal. We even had to flag him down for a box and ask again for our dessert which came out cold and with melted ice cream. Not only was this a special meal for us but it's suppose to be an upscale restaurant. Unfortunately this experience changed our opinion tragically. Service is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT in the SERVICE industry!

We have eaten here several times and the food is always amazing. Today I had the Southern Chicken Salad & it was the best salad I have ever eaten.
