Great food once we got it, but they 86'd what I had originally ordered and didn't tell me until about 30 minutes after we had put in our food order, so it took about another 30 minutes for my family to get our meals. Servers were nice and the atmosphere was nice, but that was a bit frustrating.

I personally have never been to Cheesecake Factory and was so excited to. That is until it took over an hour to be seated, and two hours to get food that I could have cooked better myself, and by no means am I a chef of any sorts and have pretty low standards when it comes to food. Completely disappointing. If you’d like to waste an entire afternoon of your weekend this place would get 5/5 stars.

Stepping into the establishment with an appetite, I opted for the bacon burger, whic i had placed online. The efficiency of the service was commendable, as my food was promptly ready even before the scheduled pickup time. However, the experience took a significant downturn once I returned to my hotel, merely a 5-minute journey away. My burger was not only cold but also the bread had turned unequivocally hard, severely diminishing the enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, despite a specific request for cutlery—clearly noted on the receipt—it was missing from my bag, adding a layer of inconvenience. The fries, too, were cold. On a brighter note, the apple pie stood out for its quality, delivering a satisfying sweetness that salvaged part of the dining experience. Overall, while the prompt service was appreciated, the meal's temperature and quality significantly marred the dining experience.
