There was no food ready and I changed my order three times to get something quicker cause I had to pick up stuff from another store. My slushy was barely frozen. There wasn't anyone sampling either which is like wetzels whole thing isn't it? The person that took my cash didn't change their gloves before touching other stuff. I was telling someone at Hot Topic about how crappy it was and they said they got a cup of ice with a bug in it one time. The employees seem clueless like they have no training or are scared of their boss and customers. It's disappointing to see teenagers so stressed out over stupid pretzels cause you think it'd be a fun job.

Tasted like a reheated pizza from a week ago. Everytime I come back it gets worse and worse and they always say it's fresh but there is no way it's fresh. Had to throw it away due to it being inedible.

Don's sell boba drinks if you don't have the proper straws!! They sell drinks with boba in them but they don't have any big straws to give you. They didn't even bother to tell us that when we order either. They just told us to go ask for a straw from the boba place downstairs. STUPID!!!

We love Wetzel's, but the last three times, our food has been on the stale/day old side. I'm hoping it improves.

Edit: I stopped by again to buy three pretzel dogs for my family. There was nothing to be had except regular pretzels, and the woman behind the counter making them could barely keep up with that. There was just her and the guy behindthe cash register. It was very busy in the mall for Christmas and they could have used another hand.

When I see ongoing apologizes from owners/managers and nothing changes, ultimately the responsibility rests on owners/managers.

Atmosphere was because it was in the mall, but we got there right when they opened, so we got the very first ones made that morning. So fresh, warm, yummy 😋

The pretels were okay. It was my fault for thinking it was going to be a funnel cale bite with the absence of a fryer. I got the funnel cale bites, which were just the pretzel bites topped with powder sugar and strawberry topping. Not bad by any means, though. The service was provided by teenage kids, probably highschoolers lol so I didn't expect much.

I get that working at the Wetzel’s Pretzels is probably not a great job but you don’t have to provide terrible customer service because you don’t enjoy what you do. Very disappointed in the service provided by Emma L. Who did not care to sell me anything if she could. The other guys hanging around didn’t seem very interested in helping out either. And to top it off they didn’t give me a receipt on a $50 purchase so that I could redeem the points on the transaction. If you don’t want my money the message has been very well received.

Alexander was incredibly rude to us and the people around us. We ordered bitz and he seemed incredibly annoyed at us for even asking.

I had the pleasure of being served by Emma, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her service. From the moment I walked up to the register, Emma greeted me with a warm smile and was ready to assist me. Emma needs a raise as she is the hardest worker I have seen all month.

Had an issue with a pretzel that I ordered previously. The manager was very accommodating in getting it resolved. Upon my return the employee apologized for the situation. He was very polite and my pretzel was much better & pretty darn tasty!

I really don't like to leave bad reviews, but as someone with food allergies, this needs to be brought to a higher up's attention as well as customers with food allergies.I asked if their frozen lemonade was safe for people with peanut/tree nut allergies. While to many this may seem like "well it's just lemonade". People that have life threatening severe allergies have to be INSANELY careful when eating out due to cross contamination or unknown ingredients. It's always best to ask an employee if you can't confirm online prior (which I couldn't because I didn't have service in the mall). The cashier seemed annoyed, turned around to ask his coworker, neither of them checked anything, he turned back around and went "uhh yeah...". I said "...nevermind" because I didn't feel safe with that response and left without buying anything.IF YOU DO NOT KNOW 100% YOU CANNOT SAY YES TO PEOPLE WHEN IT INVOLVES ALLERGIES. That is incredibly dangerous and a lawsuit waiting to happen. Typically a place will have an allergy binder behind the counter that employees can reference. I guess this place does not. Shoutout to Sonic, I got my frozen lemonade from there instead. It was a very disappointing experience. I'm already really insecure about my food allergies and having to ask about them because I hate feeling like an inconvenience, so to be met with such disregard and making me feel like I was a burden really affected me.Please tell your employees that they cannot say "Yes" when they don't know the answer to something when it can be a life threatening situation for someone. They should know this from their ServSafe trainings.

They never answer their phones or seem to have it disconnected. I’ve tried contacting for almost 2 weeks and no one answers

Gross, man. Just all gross. Old food. So hardened, the bottom of our pretzels didn't even tear or respond to our teeth without pulling while gnawing. One of the workers behind the counter had a large head of curly hair flopping all over -- is that allowed? We had to wear hair nets when I worked in food service. The barely audible grunts in response to questions were super fun too. Geez.
