We were overwhelmed with excellent choices for veg food. We were 7 people and all ordered different options. We all loved the sandwiches as they were carefully prepared by the attendant named Natalie. Even though the store was about to be closed, she took good amount of time to prepare the orders.
This which wich used to be great but over the past few months it has gone downhill. The most recent time they were out of most of the chips. All the workers left the front and went in the back and were just sitting on their phones. I had to ask them to come back out and make our sandwiches. Once the sandwiches were made they weren’t made correctly and they didn’t taste as good as they normally do. The time before that they were out of white bread which is odd.
The employee had very long hair and it was not up or in a hair net. My child found hair in his sandwich.
On weekends they have kids eat free. Previously we have done this and on their website it says that is the case as well. But this time the employee said they don’t offer that at this location.
I always get the Italian grinder. Which is great with the hot pepper mix. Really great milkshakes too. Update(3/2025). Came back in today for a grinder and a shake and the quality was significantly lower than in the past. Grinder had 1 single piece of each of the 3 meats on the sandwich and was filled out to a normal size with an exorbitant amount of veggies. The milkshake was as thin as a glass of water, basically just Oreo flavored milk.
It's been awhile since I'd been in so I'm not sure if this was a fluke because of the staff today or an actual drop in quality due to cost cutting.
We were at the store at 8:07 and was not let in. Rather we saw a person inside at the counter when we knocked the person left us unattended also the open size still kept on in any scenario superb poor customer service, should change the timings on website and add a disclaimer open as per discretion of associate who works at store.
The quality of the food was good. I was disappointed that the markers used to make your sandwich selections were dry and they did not have sandwich selections available.
The atmosphere is typical boring strip mall seating. Fortunately everything was clean.
What i assume to be manager or worker but definitely carried himself like he owned the place was lazy and not very good at customer service. He had long hair and glasses. First off he seemed not very kept up with hygiene which made me uncomfortable considering the fact he is handling food. Anyways I came in to grab lunch on my break and it was just the manager I’m guessing and two ladies. The two women were very friendly. The “manager”not so much, he seemed annoyed when I was ordering and was on his phone a lot while the other women made the food. I saw him crack the front door and vape while standing halfway inside the building not very professional to me. Mind you this was all while I was waiting for the two women to finish making my food. Also If your a manager and you smoke why not be respectful to your customers and go outside instead of standing half way in the door. Anyways food was good but based off my experience with this so called “manager” he seems lazy and not very professional when it comes to customer service/ first impressions. I won’t be coming back until this location gets a manager who actually cares about their store, customer service, and appreciation to customers….
Everyone talks about good the sandwiches are here so came in today and picked up an online order and the sandwiches were cheaply made, mostly bread, hardly any meat. $26 for 2 subs. No way to contact them to ask for a refund. They don’t answer the phone. There was also hardly anyone in there at noon and it didn’t smell great. Won't be back.
Ordered take out online... Ordered six sandwiches, three drinks and three chips. The sandwiches were smaller than expected, but mostly tasted good. Ordered the kids cheese pizzawich and it ended up having pepperoni on it. Ordered a fruit punch and ended up with diet Pepsi. Otherwise the food was fine. I liked that it has a bigger vegetarian menu but I don't think we'll be back.
First off, the guy making sandwiches was nice and calm but he was solo. We ordered our food and had to wait probably 30 minutes. We watched him make sandwiches and flip his hair back over his shoulders. No hair net or hair tie. The tables are all dirty and the floor is full of crumbs. I will never ever visit again.
Whole restaurant was filled with smoke. I asked if they had a fire, the teenage guy said no.
I'm the only customer in the restaurant at 445pm on a Saturday.
Husband ordered online and paid, I was already out so I picked up.
When I got there 2nd sandwich was being made.
Soda machine was out of order. (Fine by us, we don't need soda).
2 minutes go by, the teenage boy who started our order tells another teenage boy to finish it while he collects trash.
After going to both trash cans there was no trash to remove...so no customers all day?
A few minutes later a 3rd teenage boy comes to the counter from the back room. A couple minutes later they both go to the back room. After 2 or 3 minutes I walk up to the counter and call out "Hello"
2nd kid making our sandwiches
comes out with deer in the headlights look. I ask do you have my to go order ready? He asks for my name. I tell him yes and should be 2 sandwiches. He picks up the bag and hands it to me and says "ya".
I get home, and BOTH our sandwiches were missing 2 items we ordered.
We used to eat here every month and haven't been for probably 3 months. New management? I don't know but Which Wich is going down the drain!! Don't eat their. We don't plan on going back anytime soon. So sad.

I rarely give a 1 star review, probably my first time. Came on Friday around 4 pm, definitely an hour you'd expect to see customers. There was one kid running the entire place: taking orders, making the food, cleaning the tables, and running the kitchen. One kid, not sure he was even 18.
Took us 30 minutes to get a sandwich, which was not made as we actually ordered it. Didn't want to return it since it would take another 30 minutes.
What a poor place, just skip it

Beyond mediocre. Dirty run down location, substandard food. Way too expensive. Never going back.

Probably one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. I could not even finish a 1/4 of it. Cashier was not friendly at all, seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was there ordering something. The tables were dirty. The sandwich was soggy, the bacon bits were rubbery, and I indicated that I did not want ham and was still provided some in the sandwich, which made the entire sandwich taste like it even after removal. Would not recommend.

Wonderful food and customer service. Exemplary service, and one of the best sandwich places in Denver. Great quality and sandwiches.
Parking: Lunch time is busiest hours. Breakfast and dinner have perfect parking.
