My best experience at Arby’s is with Ms.Amber Timms, yesterday I came in and I lost my earphone case and wanted to see the cameras to see if I May have left it in the restaurant, and Ms.Amber was very courteous, and generous to show me the camera from her phone, and I was able to see that I didn’t lose my earphone case in the restaurant. That’s what you call beyond excellent customer service, what a phenomenal General Manager. Thanks a million again.
Potato cakes are back!
Haven't had Arby's in a minute but decided to stop here and am glad I did. Staff were super chill to me and food was pretty great. A 6pc cake with a handful of Arby's sauce, can't go wrong.

My door dash driver ate part of my food. When I tried to mention this in the door dash app, it kicked me out. Booo
