The cheesesteak sandwich is nothing like the pictures and disappoints. The stores in Longmont are grungy and need updating. They need better kitchen vents, so the customer areas don't smell. US Beef, the parent company, needs to invest in Arby's.
This Arby's is supreme. We ordered a lot of food and it was all hot and fresh. The chicken wraps were wrapped supremely and tasted even better. All of the food is amazing. The time and dedication put in by the employees on shift at 7:30 on July 1 should be noticed and rewarded.
Yesterday, I placed a mobile order and went to this location to pick it up. Upon arrival, my order was not ready, despite the fact that I had allowed extra time for it to be prepared. I noticed that my order was not on the takeout rack, so I let others go ahead of me, thinking that my order would be ready soon. Unfortunately, it was not.
