The last 4 times I’ve came here they’ve messed up my order when Juan isn’t there. Every time Juan is working everything’s on point but if he’s not there nobody seems to care. I didn’t get any sauce when I asked for it, they’ve forgot my cinnamon twists on multiple occasions, and there’s always a missing taco or I’ll get a different item than I ordered online so it’s not a communication issue. I’ve almost always had good experiences at this location and they’ve very rarely gotten my order wrong. I usually get it delivered but when I’ve come in person the manager guy has always been really chill and runs a tight line, that place would fall apart without him guaranteed. In my opinion definitely the best location in Longmont.

I had come back through to correct an order that was messed up twice, and the manager (I assume it was) rully remade my order and was very delightful to interact with. Give that man a raise!!?
