I came thru today giving my boss a ride home an i never stopped here before. the order was done quick fresh an accurate. The nice girl at window had beautiful energy an was very sweet an we enjoyed her customer service an smile. i hope to come thru there again for great food an to see her again maybe leave my number ha thanks again for your service at 230pm or so thanks again
we've eaten out quite a bit over the last few months and had issues with restaurants getting orders wrong or missing items. tonight we stopped by Arby's and double checked before we left, just to make sure. The order was 100% accurate, including special ordered items. Food was fresh and tasty and the staff was friendly.
My last review of this restaurant was five stars, but that is no longer going to be the case. Two stars might be a bit high...you will understand when you read this review. I went here today (5/16/26) and stood at the counter for 6 minutes. There was one man in front of me who finished order right away, and I made eye contact with two of the workers who ignored me to attend to other matters.
