OMG....this food is not only absolutely DELICIOUS, but it is also so incredibly beautiful! Everything we tried was prepared to perfection and skillfully plated. The Okonomiyaki (cabbage pancake) is my new favorite meal and I will be dreaming of the miso glazed salmon daily until we meet again. (SOON!)
