Cooper Sky Distillery has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, known for its delicious Manhattan's, Old Fashion's, and unique cocktails. The staff are friendly and attentive, with Benji being an incredible bartender. He is very knowledgeable, creative, and sociable with all customers, ensuring a fun experience for everyone. Visitors can enjoy locally owned spirits and often meet the distillery's mascot, Char. The single malt whiskey is excellent, and for those who prefer something different, the raspberry limeade is superb. Pair drinks with Urban Fields pizza or jalapeño cheddar kettle corn, and don’t forget to say hello to the friendly dog, Kaiia.
