Think this is my first time trying this food truck. There's one with a similar name not from longmont I had a great experience.So they hired this truck for school event at a brewery, I'm not sure if they're frequently here or not.However the cashier guy taking orders wasn't friendly at all, gave a it of an attitude and it was his mistake. Stopped by today for first time as I was in the center where they park. I will be back weekly if they're still there. Best Carnitas I've had in Colorado, Barbacoa also among the finest Ive had. Good portions, grilled onions always a nice bonus. Do yourself a favor and pull in (turn around if you have to). A+++ Amazing tacos!
