We've been away from the States for almost 4 years and we missed Five guys, so this was a treat. Just as good as we remember (as far as fast food goes) and super good chocolate shakes. Appreciated the friendly staff suggestion to order 1 fries between the two of us as it was a lot of food.
I always love going here. Probably my favorite places to grab a workday burger. One of my favorite things about the Longmont five guys is that when I walk in, they remember who I am and they immediately know my order. It reminds me of how retail customer service used to be at restaurants like this. The employees are always amazing and prompt, the restaurant is always clean and the food is always super consistent. I’ve literally never gotten an incorrect order or inconsistent...
This is a great burger, but it's really pricey. Hard to get out of here for less than 20 per person. Especially if you like big double burgers with bacon etc. the fries however, huge portions, you'll be reheating fries later for sure, so the value kinda balances out. The Cajun seasoning on the fries is amazing and the burgers really taste great. The service staff is good, I have never had someone be rude to me. The atmosphere is a bit rough though, the place just feels...
