Best breakfast in Longmont! We tried the Huevos Rancheros, Chorizo Breakfast Quesadilla and pancakes - the Green Chili is amazing. The outdoor setting is perfectly unfussy… It makes dining out with kids easy AND fun! Plus the food is delicious and the coffee is excellent. Excited to go back for lunch!!!

We love the flight deck grill! We go at least once a month to watch the planes with our three year old. They remember his name, give him little toy airplanes to play with, and even spell out his name in ketchup on his hotdog. Their food is great too and they are super accommodating to requests. It’s a great stop!

I keep trying to like this place. It's right by our house, cute as a button, delicious menu (in theory). Except this is the 3rd time I've come, and they don't COOK THE POTATOES. They're consistently raw and make the burritos and quesadillas inedible. I understand they take forever to cook. You should pre-cook them THOROUGHLY in an oven and keep warm in the truck. Or do thinner hash-brown type potatoes. PLEASE. We want to love y'all, but I am never able to swallow the uncooked potatoes.
