I keep trying to like this place. It's right by our house, cute as a button, delicious menu (in theory). Except this is the 3rd time I've come, and they don't COOK THE POTATOES. They're consistently raw and make the burritos and quesadillas inedible. I understand they take forever to cook. You should pre-cook them THOROUGHLY in an oven and keep warm in the truck. Or do thinner hash-brown type potatoes. PLEASE. We want to love y'all, but I am never able to swallow the uncooked potatoes.

Walking in hungry and being greeted by three of the sweetest, friendliest, welcoming smiles is always a good place to start. I always like asking for recommendations. If I didn't, I think I would always go to something familiar and never give myself an opportunity to try something new. The selection was a breakfast sandwich called the "Middle Seat." I consider myself to be a bit of a foodie. I have cooked all my life and am very particular. While waiting for my sandwich to be prepared, I watch the chefs walking around the tables and ask how the food was. They also took away finished plates (not a part of the job), and were generally very hospitable. My sandwich was delivered and truth be told, I could not make one recommendation that would have made it taste any better. From bun choice, to freshness of vegetables and attention to detail. What impressed me was that the largeness of the bun made the staff cook to fill it. I shall return.
