We had the menudo, torta de lengua, and oysters. The oysters come with such a delicious sauce 🤤. The staff is so polite and attentive. The menudo was delicious as well!!! Can't wait to go back!

I want to clarify for this review, I ordered my meal on DoorDash, but my review is solely based on the food preparation of the meal and is not at all reflective of DoorDash' service.
I ordered a tripas burrito.
The tripas was COMPLETELY uncleaned. I don't mean poorly, or barely, I mean it was fully uncleaned. Tripas lovers of the world will probably know how disgusting this is. The entire tripas was full of undigested food from a cow. It had a disgusting, metallic taste, full of food paste from a cow.
In addition to this, my wife ordered smothered tamales - still in the corn husk.
This seems like some kind of a sad joke. I've ordered these exact items from LaPanda before and have never had these problems. Whoever is working there has no clue what they're doing and need trained or replaced immediately. The tripas also had no crisp to them at all.
This was a rather horrible experience!

I ordered 4 tacos with different meats and all of the meats were tough. I am not sure how even carnitas and al pastor were hard to chew, the Milanese was also like jerky. I did not like my food but my friend seemed to like his burrito. The price was good though and the place was not busy at all on a Thursday evening.

Decent but definitely a Mexican dive bar. That isn't a bad thing but I felt like I wasn't really wanted there. I ordered a second margarita and the bartender walked away and never came back. Bummer cause the one I had was pretty good. Camerones rellenos were decent also but again, weird vibe. Oh well, plenty of other Mexican restaurants around

The food is authentic, it's the first place in Colorado to really remind me of the Mexican food in California. Nice vibe, the staff are all friendly and nice, good music. Sometimes the service is a little slow, but there's like one or two servers, it's just a hole in the wall. I definitely recommend to anyone who thinks $5 is too much for a taco.

Great food! Lengua and salsa are delicious. The green salsa is worth coming back for on its own!

I am a lazy person and therefore do not often leave reviews unless there's something exceptional going on.

This place blew me away - was not expecting much as I was just looking for something to get on the way somewhere, I'll now be going out of my way to come back here.

Wonderful, authentic experience all around. The exterior is so unassuming, but inside is a fascinating blend of vibrant and rustic-ranchero. Service is wonderful - very attentive despite choosing to sit away from the bar crowd in the far dining area. And the food... oh my. Absolute best barbacoa and lengua I've ever had. Great beans and rice. One of the best horchatas in Longmont. And their variety of hot salsas is fantastic! This is the only place I'll visit when I'm craving truly authentic Mexican food.

Food is beyond 5 star! Delicious. Beans are FANTASTIC. Music was a bit loud. Staff was decent. Typical Mexican patrons, loud and drunk in the bar area. But that's normal for longmont.

Tacos al carbon are awesome, fresh tortillas, good salsa chip, the service is incomparable, I will add a little bit more condiment to the chicken fajitas, but rice and bean are very good.
I love the sauce in fresh cocktail is very good,
