We love the convenience of this Little Caesar’s here in Longmont! They have excellent staff and food always hot and ready. Shoutout to John for always hooking it up and providing amazing customer service and conversation. Quality is always on point too, get those Crazy Puffs!
As a former employee of the company I’m a bit more judgmental for the business practices. But at 2:30 Monday 8/18 I received the best costumer service ever. The lady who I’d guess would be in her early 50’s was attentive and knowledgeable and friendly. I normally found it hilarious that the company would suggest tips especially knowing how underpaid the employees are but I happily gave a tip for my interaction today. And as well as when I got home the pizza and breadsticks...
I quit using the other Longmont location because of the immature manager and I am glad I did. I order online and have never had an issue with my orders.My only "complaint" is that the canned mushrooms are not good. Too thick and mushy for a pizza.I have never seen the crew messing around or being unprofessional.
