I enjoy their spirits, and their cocktails are usually outstanding, but their hours really leave something to be desired.3 times in the past 4 months I have headed to Abbot & Wallace during their posted business hours, and all three times they have been closed. Today the door was unlocked, but an employee said they were closed until tomorrow. Online their hours now say they are closed Wednesday, but their door clearly says Wednesdays 4-9 PM.The previous time I had 5 people with me and we had literally planned on Abbot & Wallace as our main activity for the night. It was a Tuesday and they were completely shut down. Nothing posted on the door, just not open.I want to love this place, but I feel like I keep getting burned by their hours.

My friends and I went there for trivia recently and after leaving the establishment I noticed several charges to my card that I didn't make. I didn't stop anywhere or use my card anywhere else, do not go here just to be safe.

What an awesome find! The atmosphere was great! Music was good and at a level where you could sing along or have a chat. I loved the big beams and the bar, it was cozy masculine that had a female welcome. The bar tender was so sweet and she was very knowledgeable about the cocktails as well as all the drafts. The pretzel bites were the best I've ever had and I was very tempted to get another order! I can't wait to go back!

We had an awesome time at Abbott and Wallace this past Saturday (11/12/22). We enjoyed everything at the opening night of the kitchen - all the food and drinks were on point and the atmosphere was super fun. Our favorite bar just got better <3

EXCELLENT drinks, okay environment. The music is always too loud if there’s a live band/musician but the space is neat and you’d be hard pressed to find better cocktails in Longmont. Partial to their s’mores old fashioned.

Strawberry basil gin and tonic...AMAZING...quite possibly my new favorite drink replacing the old standby of captain and diet coke...I just need to see if I can make it at home. Definitely put it on your must drink list at Longtucky-Abbott and Wallace distillery. Added bonus...it's beautiful! The other drink pictured is the Garden Gin and Tonic. I liked it too though slightly less sweet.
