the quality and quantity is on point! the gator bites are to die for

Remember when food trucks used to be good, really, really good? Gator Tails is one of those hidden gem food trucks. GREAT food trucks do still exist. Incredible food with plenty of flavor! Had the catfish po boy, alligator bites, cajun fires, etc. all excellent.

Had the white bean chicken chili and the voodoo chicken stew . The chili was blasted with flavor and the voodoo chicken was spicy and delicious ! Can’t wait to go back and try more !Vegetarian options: Vegan and gluten free options !
