We are from Texas the wait staff and manager were great.

Our family has dined here several times and always had a great experience. Service is always good and fast. Food is amazing and beer is cold! The catfish bites are a must.

Oscar blues has always been a great, comfortable establishment but in the last six months or so, everything has improved from the dining experience to service to cuisine. The garlic parm wings are divine.

Desiree has been our server almost every time we've come in to eat. We enjoy the food, especially the beer cheese soup!

The new menu is excellent. The Nashville Hot on Texas Toast was pure gold.

This place went from our favorite to having nothing on the menu of interest. The big thing we loved is their fried pickle spears, which was a unique take that made them less soggy, more crispy and juicy. They have been replaced with standard pickle chips that are soggy, salty, and flat. Completely inedible. There wasn’t a single meal on the menu that I recognized as a favorite. I was able to customize what used to be the trustafarian burger with the help of the incredible waitstaff. Also they’ve started serving margaritas with one giant ice cube? It’s ridiculous. What’s really disappointing is that co owner Jason was on site and i spoke to him several times over the course of this experience about the disappointing and unforeseen changes. I’m not sorry that I’m speaking truth to to the fact that you basically turned Oskar blues into a watered down Red Robin’s, Jason. It’s sad how something so special can change so fast. Hope yall fix your pickles and get your poop grouped.

My partner and I came to Oskar blues for fried pickle spears after we eloped. We had hoped to do the same for our rehearsal dinner now that we are planning our formal gathering. Shame that won’t work out.

Edited based on owner response: it wasn’t one thing taken off the menu. The whole menu changed with maybe less than a handful of what the menu used to be present. My frustration is not just fried pickles - it is that everything that made Oskar Blues special has been replaced and if I had to guess why probably cost and greed. After calling all the other Oskar blues to see about their menu changes, it appears that they are all in favor of becoming just another boring chain. Last day to get your faves is July 25 2025 at the Lyons location and after that you may as well go to Applebees who will have a shockingly more edible menu.

Had a lovely time, food and service are both so great and they were able to accommodate a large group (thank you, Andrew!). Will definitely be back.

Never been here before today, but I have to say that this will become one of our go to places. Drinks, food and atmosphere was amazing. Desiree was our FANTASTIC waitress and Colin (the manager) stopped by and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Way to get us hooked :)

It was a cold day, but we wanted a place we could enjoy dinner and a beer while the kids had some space to roam without being a nuisance. Called ahead and they said we were welcome to sit on the patio, but there might not be service. When we arrived, they sat us on the patio (all to ourselves), and turned on the overhead heater to make sure we were comfortable. Our server was very attentive. Kids were happy, we were happy. It was such a great time, and we were made to feel welcome. Thanks again, Oscar Blues.

Came here with my family for lunch on a Saturday and had such a nice meal! I got the blackened salmon salad (plus quite a bit of stolen Cajun pasta that my mom got) and it was so good! Our waitress was very friendly and we got our food quickly. Would definitely go back!

We were greeted immediately & the hostess was very friendly. Great Burger & delicious fries!! Our server, Noah, was super nice & took time to chat with us. Great atmosphere! This was our second time here & we’ll definitely be back. Can’t wait to try the wings next time!

Dietary restrictions: On our previous visit, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our daughter who had significant food allergies! Thank you!!
