Comfortable and well kept. Depending on when you order your wait can be a little long. We have had a few occasions where we were missing an item from an order, but nothing out of the ordinary. The location of this store and the people who hang out nearby makes the atmosphere a bit less than prime.

They were so patient, answering our MANY questions, and even brought some soup samples to help us make our decision. Very appreciative of the service. Peter was also very kind and made sure our order was complete before we left. Great crew there working!

We loved our visit to this Panera Bread. But the best part was the extremely paitient and friendly manager. I so regret not knowing his name for this comment. He was appx 40yrs old, if that helps. The food was amazing, as well. The place was clean and warm. Will be back there again real soon
