I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR RANCH…. didn’t get ranch in my bag. Also… hey can I get no pickles on my sammy…. I got pickled. Just paid all that money and you messed up my order. The lady working at 10 pm ruined my night! off to chick fila I go!

Went through the drive thru and ordered 5 piece spice chicken tender meal with Diet Coke and mashed potatoes. The guy taking my order asked if I wanted that large. I repeated again my order. I got the chicken strips not spicy and regular Coke NOT Diet Coke. I’m diabetic this is not ok. I won’t be going to this place anymore. Money is too tight for shitty service!!

Was there tonight ordered 4 pice all legs spicy. None of the legs were spicy. I don’t mind if they don’t have any spicy but would have been nice for them to inform me they didn’t have any spicy. Also I have noticed the legs have gotten much smaller than they used to be. Price hasn’t gone down.

I didn't want to leave a review but they gave me no choice I was in there at 10:45 today May 1st Friday and I usually order a chicken breast to go it's $3 unfortunately the last two times I've been there they didn't have a chicken breast regular you could only get spicy so then I asked the manager could you please replace it with something else oh I don't have anything other than a spicy breast and I'm thinking 10:45 in the morning and you've only got one option rude inconsiderate not willing to give me some tenders which she did have because they're more expensive even though I said cut it in half she wanted to charge me double just because she didn't have any chicken that she cooks everyday available and she was a manager terrible customer service

The food was delicious but they were slow! We visit popeyes anytime we're in Longmont, this was our first time going to this location! We haven't ever had to wait that long but I will wait because we love Popeyes! Just need to speed up a bit
