This is a delightful piece to hangout and get a hot drink. Interesting art, cool chairs and a great bathroom. Not too noisy when I was there. Helpful staff for my complicated wishes.

Que's has, by far, the best coffee in Longmont! I will drive all the way across town for it, passing many inferior coffee shops along the way. Rob and his staff are friendly and fast, and make the customer feel important and welcome. My family from out of town asks for Que's Coffee beans for Christmas because they too think the taste of the coffee is so much smoother and less acidic than that offered by most other coffee houses.

Terrible service, Untasteful drinks.I haven't been to Ques in a bit but tonight I was telling my friend, who just moved into the neighborhood, what a great coffee shop it was.So I brought her in for a coffee this evening and unfortunately this happened...It was about 20 mins till closing time and the employees were obviously anxious to clean up and go home.Especially a kid named Tyler! To say he was rude is an understatement. Not only was he rude to my friend but he was also very rude to her 9 year old daughter. Reminding us repeatedly that they were getting ready to close. He over charged her 2x and worst of all our drinks were terrible!Our drinks were scolding hot! Way too hot to drink. And my friends ice coffee tasted like coffee grounds.I was so apologetic to my friend. Here I was talking the place up and her first impression was so disappointing. I guess we will be taking our business to Ozo next time. What a bummer!

Coffee drinks are great, the staff have always been very helpful.Update: Always have nice experiences. The service is wonderful and it's so nice to be in a local, lively coffee shop.Took time to look at the art today. Very nice.Update: had a very nice tea, the staff warmed my mug first! Gotta love that :)Had a hot quiche. Hit the spot on a cold morning.

Was in yesterday and the young kids working there had the most foul language. It made me extremely uncomfortable so I left. Makes me mad because I love their coffee and there is nowhere else to get coffee on this side of Longmont but I won't be back.

I just moved into the immediate neighborhood and I couldn't be more pleased to find Que's within walking distance. Not everyone gets a charming coffee place so close to home that is open early and who stays open late enough for an afternoon pick-me-up. I'm definitely going to become a regular.
The owners of this business should be ashamed of themselves. Me and my partner visited Que's this evening after 6PM to witness the young staff acting inappropriately and completely out of control. The young men were groping the young females working there, engaging in holding and hugging each other closely, in a sexual manner and it was non stop for the entire time we were there. One of the young girls working there started screaming at the top of her lungs, and laughing while making remarks about what one of the male employees was doing to her physically. She was screaming across the entire cafe. I felt terrible for the older clientele who stopped and stared, shaking their heads in disbelief. The employees then started running back and forth throughout the cafe running past customers in the seated areas, chasing each other while they laughed and shouted. It was extremely uncomfortable to sit there and witness all of this going on. It felt like an out of control nightclub. This is the 3rd and final visit at this cafe for us. In the past, we've experienced problems as well (as mentioned in other reviews) because a young delinquent staff is left to run the place in the evenings. Blasting music to deafening levels, hanging out sitting on top of counter tops, and acting unprofessionally. But tonight topped it all. To have to sit and uncomfortably watch people groping each other and embracing each other non stop like it's a sex club is absolutely unacceptable. Word to the owners. There are other avenues of complaints. I would seriously review your staff's behaviors before things like this get taken to the city.

Its a good place to get coffee however, don’t recommend it to study or do work. Staff are supper loud. But they are friendly and it appears they “vibe” with everyone.
