I have been looking for a local place that had lavender. So glad I found this place. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, it blew me out of the water with how good it was. Great people, food, and beverages. Cant recommend enough!
About a year ago my fiancé had traveled to Denver, CO for work. She came back with a bag of Columbia whole bean from Red Silo for us to try. After trying it, we went through the whole bag within a weeks time! I wanted to get more, but I couldn’t justify driving to CO from IA to get more RS coffee as there wasn’t an order online option.

Based on reviews, Red Silo Coffee Roasters is a local business with friendly and welcoming service. The staff, including Ally and Alexandra, are super sociable, chipper, and make sure everything is right. The coffee is better than most competitors and made quickly. The flat white is comparable in taste to Starbucks, and the price is comparable too. The food variety is better than competitors. The chai coconut drink is a favorite. The roaster is conveniently located across from an office and close to home. The service is excellent and great. The Barras was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A dislike is no app and password-protected WiFi.
