I really enjoyed dinner at Sakura. I've been in Las Vegas for 27 years and the sushi experience is a little different but every plate that arrived was full of flavor and the service was top notch. Really friendly staff and owner. Was a little dismayed at the amount of times I saw the words "imitation crab" on the menu and would have really wanted to try those dishes otherwise but the lobster was great and all the fresh fish was very fresh, not fishy. Little oyster shooter with the quail egg went down well. Overall high marks.

To have Sakura as a neighborhood, Japanese restaurant is such a blessing. These people make us feel so welcome and always go the extra mile in preparing every dish with such love and care. Dishes that you can get at many other restaurants just taste 10 times better there there's sushi is so fresh and their Unagi Don is my favorite in the area! These people truly make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. I have been to Japan several times and this place actually feels like I am back there in so many ways. Keep up the great work, Sakura!

I thought the food was very good. The seafood udon was quite good. Properly seasoned with a good amount of seafood in it. Went with several friends and they got a fair amount of sushi and everyone was quite happy with it. They did a great job handling a relatively large group. Food came out relatively quickly but nobody rushed us.Great people, were very accommodating as I had to pull a lunch together for a group just a day in advance.Definitely would go back and try some of the other dishes!!Vegetarian options: There are veg options, just not a lotParking: In a strip mall-ish area so fair amount of parkingKid-friendliness: They have noodle dishes and udon and other things kids can eat if they are a bit open to more than chicken nuggets
