I cant believe i haven't tried this place before. The food was hot, fresh, fast and very affordable. We got the nachos which were amazing and enuf for 2 and a simple egg and bacon burrito that was also very good. I wont go to Longmont ever again without eating here. I am telling you this place is better than ur favorite restaurant.
I live in Fort Collins but wen I drive past Taco Star I always stop for a Carne Asada burrito a Large Horchata. $15. The burrito is large and filling. Way better than Taco bellz or any other fast food taco place. This is what fast food should taste like. Check em out. Let's keep this business going
Been THE best late night “spot” since I was in high school so 12 years running. When they were closing at 2am. IDK now but it says it closes at 1am. But when I roll up to drive through at 12:15 they say they close at 12. No open no open no no no.
The food is yum here tho, it’s just service seems like they hate working those late shifts.
