I got up charged for fried rice and broccoli. No fried rice and maybe 2 pieces of broccoli? It’s was still good but I feel like I got robbed.

We absolutely love working with Teriyaki Madness for our catering needs! Tim is incredibly helpful and friendly — he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with our group, but what really stands out is the exceptional customer service.

We regularly order for our Board meetings, and it has become a clear favorite among our Board members, staff, and myself. From placing the order to delivery, the process is seamless, and Tim makes it an absolute pleasure every time. If you’re looking for amazing food paired with outstanding service, Teriyaki Madness is the way to go!

Service is terrible waited 25 minutes for a bowl and some crab rangoons with absolutely no line and a small army of kids in the back working. Crazy

The food, portions and price are all very good. What is just OUTstanding is the service from the young man at the counter. Whoever raised him and hired him, good on you! But mostly well done young man. You made a fast food experience feel like something of higher caliber. That is very commendable and you do this establishment a great service with your professionalism, courtesy and thoughtfullness.

Christopher Baum wonderful customer service on taking care of business for a working man. Unfortunately, the gift card needs to be trained. I'm not even sure if I got my $10 bonus. So please give these guys a heads up about taking care of business and helping them out and appreciation across-the-board because they're all working hard taking care of business. Thank you..
Yes thank you for responding I tried online to begin with and that didn't work out for whatever reason the app wasn't working and it wouldn't load so that's why I asked Chris to take care of it since I was there having lunch at the time but thank you for the feedback.

Love this place and the staff! Delicious every time and they are super kind and helpful! My lunch was delicious and I feel great. (Celiac safe approved location)

Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free, Egg Free, Cauliflower & Broccoli free. (They have broccoli in house but i just order without veggies)

Awful service, manager is super rude and cocky. Ask for the GM to call me through a few different employees between the Longmont location and Firestone location 3 or 4 different times since he owns both a d he hasn't. Also called the customer service number a couple times and left messages for someone to call me back and have never heard from anyone. They let the manager treat people however because it's father and son family owned between the 2 locations and they don't care about customer service. I'm was raised in the area, in 55 and I discourage everyone from both locations. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Customer service was amazing! Super friendly staff. Great food. The junior size bowl was the perfect portion. Highly recommend!!

One of my favorites!!! incredibly kind staff, family owned- the owners and his sons are incredible!- Delicious food!!! highly recommend if you’re feeling some orange chicken or fried rice!
