Christopher Baum wonderful customer service on taking care of business for a working man. Unfortunately, the gift card needs to be trained. I'm not even sure if I got my $10 bonus. So please give these guys a heads up about taking care of business and helping them out and appreciation across-the-board because they're all working hard taking care of business. Thank you..
Yes thank you for responding I tried online to begin with and that didn't work out for whatever reason the app wasn't working and it wouldn't load so that's why I asked Chris to take care of it since I was there having lunch at the time but thank you for the feedback.

Love this place and the staff! Delicious every time and they are super kind and helpful! My lunch was delicious and I feel great. (Celiac safe approved location)

Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free, Egg Free, Cauliflower & Broccoli free. (They have broccoli in house but i just order without veggies)

Awful service, manager is super rude and cocky. Ask for the GM to call me through a few different employees between the Longmont location and Firestone location 3 or 4 different times since he owns both a d he hasn't. Also called the customer service number a couple times and left messages for someone to call me back and have never heard from anyone. They let the manager treat people however because it's father and son family owned between the 2 locations and they don't care about customer service. I'm was raised in the area, in 55 and I discourage everyone from both locations. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Customer service was amazing! Super friendly staff. Great food. The junior size bowl was the perfect portion. Highly recommend!!

One of my favorites!!! incredibly kind staff, family owned- the owners and his sons are incredible!- Delicious food!!! highly recommend if you’re feeling some orange chicken or fried rice!

Food times took extremely long for it being 8:30 at night. I work in the restaurant industry so honestly that didn’t bother me all that much, worth the wait for good food. HOWEVER, the cashier was very rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She was very rude.

Customer service and food was top notch this time! We will definitely make the drive to come to this Teriyaki Madness instead of the one in Johnstown! The one is Johnstown has been nothing but horrible customer service! The Firestone location is definitely the go to! Greatly appreciated service today!

Great experience at this location. Cayla and the guy who took my order (round glasses, didn't catch his name) were very friendly and welcoming. The food was very fresh, tasty, and delivered quickly. Will definitely come back when I'm in Longmont next!

Are you kidding? Is this place good? My wife and I ate here for the first time this year. Our first visit was all we needed to be addicted. We tried going to several other locations throughout Colorado and were disappointed. It this Firestone location is never a disappointment. Quite the contrary! The high level of service tops those of the most fancy restaurants. The food is consistently delicious. Kayla, Cameron and Allie have been our go-to crew here. I’m telling you; If you want a consistent, pleasurable environment, with huge portions (large), happy employees who are always ready to help, fast service and DELICIOUS FOOD? Look no further. Whoever manages this particular location should be running this country!!

I tip my hat to the Teriyaki Madness, Firestone location crew!!

I am highly disappointed in my visit today. My husband and I ordered a regular spicy chicken bowl with veggies and fried rice. The chicken was burnt and tasted burnt. We spoke to the “manager “ on duty and was told that “thats the way the chicken comes because they use the teriyaki chicken from the day before and we would lose the spice from chicken if we made it fresh!” I quote this because it’s what he said and it made no sense. He didn’t offer to make another one or make it right he said “ sorry guys” and just stood there. I told him I’ve ordered this before and not had burnt chicken. So my hubby & I ate our egg roll and wontons and threw out our bowl. Paid $24 for not great service and burnt food! Hope the owner can reach out to me about this.
