Visited this restaurant based on a referral from a new friend I met while visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park. The Post is one of those spots you just can’t go wrong with. Their chicken? Flat-out awesome. Crispy, juicy, packed with flavor — exactly what fried chicken should be. Honestly, it’s worth the trip on its own, but the rest of the menu holds its own too. Everything I’ve had there has been legit, no corners cut, just great food done right.

Probably the best meat loaf I have ever had. Great flavor and classic red sauce. Ordered it with Mac and cheese and a cheesy biscuit. Really hit the spot. The GM Renee was very friendly and came by to visit with us later.
