I can easily rank this one of the top 5 Wendy's I've been to. They always have hot, evenly salted fries and well put together burgers, unlike other places who have too little of too much of topping or look like they were assembled in a tornado.
My order usually has a customization and they get it right 99% of the time. The once or twice a mistake has happened during a rush, they are understanding and quick to fix it. 10/10 customer service.

Why do you even have Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches on the menu?Ordered delivery about a week or so ago for the family. I got the chicken bacon ranch combo, which obviously costs more than the regular chicken sandwich. Anyway, got the food and my chicken bacon ranch sandwich only had mayo and pickles, no cheese or bacon. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager named Barbara, who said they would refund me or give me a comped meal next time I went in. So... Took the grandkids to get food for dinner tonight (drive thru) and spoke with Barbara about our conversation. She acted like she didn't remember, but went ahead and comped the entire meal. Get home and find that my chicken bacon ranch sandwich only had mayo and lettuce - no cheese or bacon. Not to mention, 2 orders of fries were not included in the combo meals. Barbara seems to be the common denominator here, and it's looking like she didn't receive good training. Big decline at this location over the past couple of years.
