I love traditional European beers. British, German, and especially Belgian. 12 Degree nails the Belgian styles. Higher ABV with appropriate esters and flavors, but malty and clean. If you like Belgians, give them a go.

We have had nothing but great things to say about 12 degree. They have held up their end when it came down to busy nights or short-staffed service. The atmosphere is impressive, and the food is even better. Come to 12 degree if you want to get away from the Boulder Crowds, but experience a peaceful, yet fun night in downtown louisville.

12Degree is my favorite brewery in Colorado. Great Belgian-style beers and crazy-good pizza that wouldn't be out of place in a dedicated pizza restaurant.
My personal favorite is the Treachery golden ale, but you really can't go wrong with any of their beers. The frites and pizza are consistently fantastic and my whole family loves to come here, relax, and watch Main St traffic go by. Truly one of my favorite spots.
Kid-friendliness: They've got consistently fantastic cheese pizza for the little ones, along with a great patty melt and grilled cheese-style panini sandwiches. And the frites are ALWAYS a hit with kids!

This place has been hands down the quintessential brew pub that accommodates specific needs. Be it the removal of dairy from a pizza, or the enlightened banter from the seasoned barman, it has it all. The ability to deal with stubborn patrons, the drunken fools, or the quintessential grumpy a$$hat, it all works.
Over the last few years we’ve seen the kitchen staff succumb to the ebb and flow of what it takes to make it in our current world. I tell you, right now, the staff is at their highest peak. Being able to make certain accommodations, and still deliver is the key to success. Never before has the kitchen staff been so sharp, and on the ball. It’s like they have found their groove, and refuse to let anyone disrupt it.
Cheers Gentleman, and Ladies. I intend to come back for various Belgian ale tastings, and perhaps a few bites to eat in between. — JF

I arrived shortly after the end of a Taste of Louisville where Main Street was hopping with great vendors and a happy atmosphere. 12Degree offers their own delicious beer. I highly recommend their Bombadl Hazy IPA. Perfection! Their paninis are tasty and are served with “frites,” which are twice-fried Belgium fries. Sooo crispy and wonderful! Friendly staff.

After we received our drinks our server ignored us and ate his lunch at the bar. Never checked on us or took our order worst service I have ever had, first time in my life I have not left a tip. Absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
Our server was just eating lunch instead of taking our order. He didn’t realize we left.

I often ride my motorcycles around, and I am always looking for new brew pub experience. This establishment is small with simple decor. However, my wife and I tried a flight of 5 beers, in a Belgium style, and overall, that we felt the next one was even better than the previous. We will definitely save this as a favorite and return soon.
