We were at the restaurant for almost 1 1/2 hours before we even got our drinks. Had to ask several times for bread and didn't get it until our meal came. My food was cold. Had to continue asking for food/drinks even after they were ordered. Staff was very friendly.

We had an excellent dinner and outstanding service to celebrate our anniversary. Our server was helpful with questions about the Waygu beef my husband ordered, and we decided we preferred the excellent filet I had. The wedge salad was yummy and more than enough to share. We'll definitely come again and not wait for a special occasion. Thank you to our server.

Roomy and comfortable restaurant with excellent service. Food was straightforward and while styled as a steakhouse I would say that the non-steak menu items should not be ignored.

3 for Dinner. Bar prepared drinks perfectly. Calamari and Ceviche were excellent. Aged ribeye was delicious, Sea Bass special was wonderful and Meatloaf was very good. We were in the bar area which was a little noisier than other rooms and there were several very young children. Wait staff was excellent being attentive without being intrusive. Will be going back.

This restaurant probably has the best valued wines in all of Boulder County. Great menu, something for everyone.

We've had so many great meals that 740 Front St., and yesterday's was no exception. The seafood Catalonia was terrific. The bison, the wines, and the service were all terrific — well done.

Tom B (?) was our waitstaff who was excellent! Informative on menu, offered suggestions, checked often (but not too much). Very nice! Thank you! And thank you for the Panna Cotta for our anniversary dinner. It was better than some we've had in Italy. We did not like the small 2-top where were seat and asked the hostess if we could move. Luckly the restaurant was not very busy so we could be at a 4-top. A couple came in after us and moved from the small 2-top as well. Dimming the lights in upper dining room made reading the menu a challenge. We had to use our phone flashlights. Overall, this is a charming/quaint place with the history of the building on the menu. We like it for special occasions.

Bianca was a lovely young lady who served as our waitress. Unfortunately, either the kitchen or she did not prepare our food as we ordered it. The food was tasty and the presentation very nice, but not having the correct order was frustrating.

Nice place, loved the history of building, appeared they needed more staff. Steak was ordered medium rare and we got rare, because of slow service, just lived with it. Also, even though it was rare, tasted very burnt, I get having a sear, just kinda ruined it. Staff was very friendly, drinks were good, food was okay, also asked for recommended side and was told asparagus, just basic grilled asparagus. I’d probably go back and hope it was just a busy day and not normal food.

A great atmosphere, with excellent -varied- food, and even better attention. Would recommend it to any visitor of Boulder County... drive to Louisville, this restaurant is worth it.

Slow service, appeared they needed more help, food was okay, asked for medium rare, got rare, since it was slow service just lived with it, really strong charred flavor, like the place, might try it again later and hopefully it's a one off.
