“Admittedly, this particular location was struggling for a while several months ago. Fortunately, the past couple times I’ve been back recently, everything was great! Food was delicious, service was good, and wait time was reasonable. If you has some bad experiences here previously, I’d recommend giving them another shot. It seems like they’ve turned things around. I will upgrade to five stars once I’m more confident in the consistency!“
“Was told to pull up to bay one while they prep my food. Prior I asked them to put honey mustard in my order and usually every mcdanks I go to forgets when I'm waiting on the bay. But not this location or at least the crew working today. It's the little things that matter!“
“For years this BK has supremely sucked. Cold or burned food IF they were even open! Tonight I decided to try again because that’s the only place in my area that has the impossible burger. I was surprised that the line was short. The customer service guy was super nice and my food was hot. I’m glad I gave them a fifteenth chance“
“Came here with friends yesterday post-hike. The service was great, we all looooved our burgers - I got the bison burger and highly recommend. Our server got swamped with tables and several other servers came to check on us, really admire the friendliness and teamwork of the staff. Also enjoyed my hard mai tai kombucha.“
“Walked in for the first time and was blown away with the food & service. Kim made sure to fully explain how almost everything is made in house & gluten free. You could tell she truly loved her job and it made us excited to try it! The food was delicious and we ate every bite! Highly recommend the bone broth as well. We will definitely be back.“
“Tasty plant based comfort food. Don’t come here looking for healthy vegan food - this is a plant based fast food joint (though healthier than what you’d find at a spot like McDonald’s). Lots of burger and sandwich options, food was tasty and hit the spot.“
“I seriously never leave a review. However, the manager at this location did an amazing job, making something that went wrong right. I'll spare all the details but we waited way past the point we should have for a table and the manager took great care of us after he found out. Our waitress was sweet and funny and accommodated us well. The food and drinks were delicious and worth the wait. All six of us liked the food a lot. Thanks for making up for the mistake.“
“Amazing food and a very professional, lively staff that work well with each other! Have had a few bad experiences at other locations in town compared to other cities I’ve lived in as far as feeling unwelcomed, but this place is one of the only locations that actually makes me miss working in the food industry. The fact they don’t accept cards is a little strange to me since I believe all businesses should accept any form of money. Nevertheless, still good food and good vibes.“
“Have been here several times and it’s always a ton of fun. Usually get a flight (or two) to try a bunch of different ciders. The food is also very good, and the apple cider donuts are a must. My only complaint is that the outside area gets HOT. There is no shade to speak of. It would be really beneficial to plant some trees or something to get some shade out there“
“The Waterloo was the only restaurant open during the last large snow storm and we were not disappointed. Their cocktails and general alcohol selection are great, the staff are amazing and fun, and the Johnny Cash theme is iconic. I love the Loo and LOOk forward to going back...very soon!!“
