Would not give us water. Everything was out… overpriced. “Cheese board” was a little snack sized box with a couple pieces of cheese & 4 crackers.

I was very excited that we did not need a reservation to get in just as they opened. The decor was cute and got you in the holiday spirit. I knew in advance that the drinks were very pricey but that did not stop me. After receiving my drink Rudolph's Replacement I was very disappointed as the mug was all crushed ice with only a few sips of beverage. For $17.95 I was disappointed. When receiving the bill we were then told that we each had to pay a $5 entrance fee. No where on the door or menu did it say this nor were we told in advance. So for 2 drinks, 1 bag of nuts, tax and tip was over $60.00. Very Disappointing!

We went here on a Monday night (12/18) and had a wonderful time!!! This was the 3rd pop up I've done, and by far the best! It wasn't too crowded, and the staff were so kind!We were sat by the fire, and there was no pressure to leave (maybe because it was a slow weekday). I've seen some reviews on the prices of drinks, but I found them inline with every other holiday bar. We are making Miracle on Main a holiday tradition - it was perfect!!

Did a walk-in after shopping, 2 drinks, mostly ice, bag of nuts, right before check came we were told that there is a $5 per person cover charge, total check $60! Will not be returning in the future.

A mixed review on this one!The pros: this place is SO cute. This is the holiday ambience of dreams. With its crackling fire, ornaments dangling from every corner, christmas movie playing on the screen, and Christmas music jingling, it is a really fun spot. The drinks are interesting, original, and are served in festive mugs. The cons: EXPENSIVE. Most drinks are $18 and they charge a cover of $5 per person (for what?). They don’t provide free water (is this legal?) and instead only offer overpriced smart water bottles. Also, the service felt a little hostile… our server approached us shortly after ordering our second round (our drinks were still visibly full) and asked if we wanted to order anything else as “our hour and a half was already up.” We actually hadn’t been there that length of time yet, were never informed there was a time limit on our stay, had very recently received more beverages, and the bar was half empty with plenty of room if more customers arrived. Overall, it felt like this place prioritized profit over offering standard customer service.

I am attaching a copy of the e-mail sent 12/03/23 to the owner of Miracle. Our party had a terrible experience and I held off on the review to allow a response from the owner/manager. No response therefore I am posting my e-mail here for others to be aware and possibly find a different venue to share this experience.Hi Emma,I am Tish, just wanted to share my perspective and feelings regarding the unfortunate experience. Going to the pop-up bar was my idea. I was watching a segment on the TODAY show regarding the Holiday pop-up bars, they were highly recommending people to go to one for an amazing Holiday experience. I then did a search and found Miracle in Louisville and invited Lila and Tom to do this experience with us as it had been a while since we had seen each other and wanted to 'catch up' in a fun way. We each made and paid for our reservations....4:30 on 12/02/23. We were very excited to not only see each other but to enjoy the season together.Walking in we were happy and joyful; the bar was about ½ full. Decorated amazingly! We let the hostess know that we had 2 separate reservations and would like to sit together. We were told it was not possible for us to sit together, in fact not even close to each other. We were seated in two separate rooms and could not even see each other. Although there were 3 empty tables right next to us AND a table for 4 empty across from us AND an empty room full of tables behind us. We were waited on and received our drinks before Tom and Lila even ordered. I know this as we were texting and attempting to face time. Realizing we had 2 different menus, and what they wanted to order was on the menu we had, I walked to their table, in the room nearest the bar to give them the menu. I received what I felt were judging looks from the employee in white that appeared to be in charge, Our drinks were very tasty but also very expensive however had the experience been better the cost of the drinks would have been overlooked and we most likely would have had 2-3 rounds (in my opinion people value purchasing experiences over things). We all soon realized that this was not the experience we wanted to be part of. Through texting we decided to move on. Lila and Tom walked over to our table as we were finishing up. Another party was being seated and they were standing next to us, the hostess again had what I felt like an almost eyeroll attitude directed at us.We, (Randy my husband and I) were more than done at that point and did not want to wait for our check to be brought to us. We walked to the door where the one wearing white who appeared to be in charge was standing and asked for our check. I had a short discussion with her about the disappointment of not being able to sit together in a ½ empty place, however a party without reservations can just walk in and sit together. She quickly told me that they were seated together but they were not allowed to mingle. ????????????? my mind was blown. I had no reply at that point, Lila was calmly talking with the bartender in the bar room about the situation and I watched as the one who appeared to be in charge was watching as if she were going to jump in and police the situation.Needless to say, we were treated terrible. We moved on, went across the street to Waterloo, shared drinks and food and were allowed to 'mingle' and met new friends sitting next to us. Then went to the brewery and enjoyed another drink together, we were also allowed to mingle and enjoy the evening,What a disappointment Miracle was, hope that by sharing our story the Christmas spirit can be brought to your Christmas pop-up bar.

It costs $5 per person just to reserve a table- no refunds if you need to cancel or the party size changes. The reservation fee doesn't go towards the final bill. The cocktails are pretty expensive and they don't even offer water....you have to buy water. Way overpriced.

The place is cute, and it was nice to stop in...but $50 for two people to enter and have one drink each is steep.I originally thought we'd come back with friends/family when they come in town, but it isn't worth the cost (especially since they only let you stay for an hour).

2.5 stars. Great concept & the staff did their best, drinks were Ok - but why are they charging $5 for a reservation on top of an $18 drink?Very underwhelming, and no food makes this a pit stop on Santa’s sleigh ride, not a destination.

Fun festive atmosphere and the service was fine. That being said the currently posted menu is out of date and there were no nonalcoholic options other than water, which we had to pay for.

If you want to spend an entire dinner amount on 2 drinks this is the PLACE FOR YOU.

The drinks are honestly terrible, the service took forever, the lights are fun but don’t force yourself to pay $16-18 for a bad drink - it’d be so fun if whoever crafted the menu actually tried one of the drinks lol, bc I’m positive no one has. I LOVE a great crafted cocktail and I LOVE Christmas, but this place just fails in general. I wish someone else would come take this over and make a quality beverage. Also I want to note that we do keep returning year after year in hopes of a new menu or something better, but no luck yet! Cheers!

Really terrible experience. They cancelled my family's reservation an hour before. I lived nearby so came in person to ask why and get a refund. Wouldn't refund me my $30 deposit and were upset I even asked. Rude and unethical people. Won't be part of my family's holiday routines ever again!

They cancelled our reservation an hour before we got there and then refused to refund us our $50 deposit. Reporting them to the BBB. Not a well run group.

In the pictures, it looks festive- however not in real life for us! Not a positive experience. 20 min. before our paid for reservation, we received a text that our reservation had been cancelled for a private event! If you had a private event booked- why did you take $$ for our reservation! And 20 min notice!! On such late notice, I had to go ahead and go to meet some of our party coming from 45 min. away. Arrived to find it was open-wait staff had no idea our reservation had been cancelled. We felt obliged, as some of our group had travelled far and we'd paid for the reservations, to have drinks. We were seated in a small side building, cold with minimal decorations. Apparently, the management had booked a private party in the area you see in pictures, and hadn't told anyone! Servers were great, but when the bill for $42 (2 small drinks + tax) no tip came we left feeling less then festive and rather ripped off!! Will definitely not be returning! Expected better from a well-known restaurant group like /por/.
