This is my new favorite bar in the region. It fills a niche which I feel like is sorely lacking in the Boulder area and does so in spades. I've been here twice and have had the charcuterie board ($25 with a truly unheard of amount of food for the price) and several of their cocktails, both classic and specialty. If I could neglect the rest of my life responsibilities and come here every week, I probably would.

OMG just left Nora’s and I’m still obsessing over this insane yellow curry cocktail that bartender Shannah made me (this woman is a straight up cocktail wizard). When she mentioned curry in a drink I was a a tad bit skeptical, but first sip and I literally made that face when something completely blows your mind. The spices were perfectly balanced with curry, citrus, ginger, honey creating this warm sophisticated flavor I’ve never experienced before (except eating Indian on my couch). Shannah was grinning because she knew she’d just rocked my world. I ’m already planning my next trip back just for another one of these incredible drinks!

Nora’s Speakeasy in Louisville completely blew me away. From the moment you step inside, the vibe is moody, intimate, and refreshingly free of the overdone speakeasy clichés.

The drinks? Absolutely incredible. Their “Nora’s Version” menu reimagines classic cocktails in the most creative and balanced way — each one felt like its own experience. The food menu is simple (think grilled cheese, charcuterie, and pretzel bites), but everything was tasty and perfectly matched the drinks.

What really stood out was the hospitality — warm, attentive, and fun. We were greeted with a surprise welcome sip, which was such a great touch.

If you’re looking for a unique night out, Nora’s is 100% worth the reservation.

This place really is awesome and unique. I mean, how cool is that?!?! a speakeasy out of the 1920s. The ambiance it's very unique, very cool and somewhat soothing to me which i find both surprising and refreshing ☺️ Prices are cheaper than anywhere in louisville for the quality that you
get. Step back in time! totally worth checking out
staff is extremely friendly and helpful ☺️

Ooh, so good tonight! Digestives for the Monday/Tuesday night flight. Chai like you’ve never had it before. “Fragrant smoke curls in a Forgotten Shrine” -fancy title for a delicious espresso liquor, the Godfather that looks like scotch but tastes better. Please take me out to dinner so I can have one of these digestives with my coffee! Thank you Shannah for great service as always, and telling me more about the drinks. By the way, the Caprese Skewers are a perfect addition!

Clever cocktail menu, and an out of the way little bar down the stairs from street level - building is no joke, once you’re under the concrete there’s less than no cell coverage

The ambience is dark and beautiful. I had the Southside drink and took a pic of the ingredients because it was so good.

Food? Not too bad, but let’s be honest - that’s not why you’re there. You’re at Nora’s because you want a classy cocktail ticket to flavortown. That’s why you’re at the speakeasy. You want delicious libations, killer cocktails, and potent potables.

Great success!

All the cocktails are fantastic. The selection might be overwhelming to some, but to me it was a good balance of classics and new twists. All very creative, and all were delicious. Maybe too delicious?

If Jordan is managing the bar, pull up a seat and prepare for an awesome, mile-a-minute conversation about pretty much anything. Also, Jorts fires out cocktails like a goddamned machine. Much respect. Incredible to watch someone do their thing when they are a craftsman.

So go there. Now.

Go now.

Their atmosphere and interior design is perfect for that speak easy vibe. The staff has been so welcoming, generous, and friendly each time we’ve gone. Fun spirits and great unique cocktails. They had a port cocktail in house that was to die for. And their food is fun for snacking and sharing while you drink. Great spot in Louisville!

We went here with friends for the first time a few evenings ago and had a stellar experience. The cocktail choices were the best we've seen anywhere, in or out of this area. They have a standard menu which offers classic cocktails and (in parallel) their own creative takes on them -- sometimes very different, like an Old Fashioned with tequila. The also have a seasonal menu with some amazing creations. The service was excellent; our waiter was friendly, attentive, and very well informed (and opinionated in a pleasant way). The speakeasy atmosphere (quite quiet when we went) felt special. Suddenly we have a favorite place to get cocktails.
