This place was super tucked back into a small strip mall but everything about it was amazing. Our waitress was super amazing and sweet, very attentive. So service was an easy 5/5 stars. We got our food super quickly and everyone I ate with enjoyed it. I was very thankful and happy when I was able to change my sauce on pasta the meal I chose. It was very delicious and hot. The atmosphere was very nice and quiet with dim lighting. Overall this place was super awesome, the food was good, the waitress was amazing and everything about it was great. Easy 5/5

Even though this restaurant is in a strip mall, the food service and atmosphere was great, a must if you love Italian food❣️

Parma is a place I have eaten at several times. Normally it is good but lately it has fallen. Last night when I walked in the host was nowhere to be found. We had to stand around for a bit before she finally came and greeted us. I watched her while we ate dinner. The majority of the night she was gone from the stand and kitchen staff had to answer the phone. I watched dozens of people walk in greeted by no one.. We get seated and order our drinks. We order calamari, a mozzarella dish, lobster ravioli, chicken Alfredo, and a margarita pizza. Our waiter was mediocre at best. He did ask if we were returning customers to the restaurant we said yes. He never came by to refill our drinks. He asked if he should ring in our entrées after we had finished our appetizers. I normally come to Parma for their wonderful margarita pizzas however they had changed the recipe. What we got was not a margarita pizza. It was a cheese pizza with a few random strands of basil. Before Parma had mozzarella, and thin tomato slices. I asked the waiter if the recipe had changed he said no then asked if I wanted it remade. I said no to that because I don't want the same bad pizza. I ate a single bite and left the rest. The other food was great. The calamari, lobster ravioli, chicken Alfredo, and mozz dish were good. The pizzas have fallen from grace here, so beware if you order one. The waiter kept asking if he could clear my plates. I had put them to the side of the table showing I was clearly done with them. We had to flag him down to pay our bill. Before tipping the meal was 115$. Parma is full of teenage staff. The food is good (except pizzas) but the staff is underwhelming.
Editing this review because the owner responded. We went on a Wednesday evening at 5:30pm. It was certainly not a "very slow shift." The restaurant was very busy. I already told you everything that made the experience less than spectacular. The help you had on Wed December 4 at 5:30 pm was lacking.

Solid Italian restaurant! Appropriately sized menu. Small fresh pasta selection. Right-sized wine list. Cannoli was excellent :). Located conspicuously in a mini strip mall. Affordable, especially for the quality of the food. Would go back.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Parma. It was our anniversary and thought why not try this place, it was our first time. We were both so hungry but we found this on Yelp and immediately got a table. The food was delicious, with every dish full of flavor and made with top-quality ingredients. Our server, Ilona, was fantastic – even though she was busy, she was always attentive, friendly, and knew the menu inside and out. She also gave us great wine recommendations that paired perfectly with our meal. The service was quick, and we never had to wait long for anything. Overall, the food, wine, and service were all outstanding. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this place!

Food was great! Service was a little off and we felt very rushed. But that could be a one time occurrence.

My husband i went yesterday because i had an intense craving for bread and oil and we wanted to try a new place. They offer complimentary (i think) focaccia bread with a tasty pesto dipping sauce. We ordered brussel sprouts which were tasty and clam volgote (spelling?) for appetizers. We were not disappointed. My husband and i were expecting a slightly heavier cream sauce, but it was a very light garlicy sauce. yum yum! It didnt come with bread but we used the complimentary bread. We ordered the appetizers and main dishes together, but it took something like 25-30 minutes for our main course to come out. Perhaps it was due to the baked lasagna? It was the BEST lasagna i think i have ever had. The red sauce was incredible. My husband loves lasagna and he said it was amazing too. I ordered paperdelle porchini. It was a bit too rich for me. I probably would order the lasagna for myself next time too. We also ordered desserts! Cannoli and chocolate torta. I am not a cannoli fan, so i didnt care for it, but the chocolate torta was sooooooo good. We were really happy with our meal and would highly recommend this place

I ate here for dinner. The Valdostana was fantastic! I got it with no spinach and extra asparagus. It was delicious. I will definitely be back! Restaurant is cozy, too!
Parking: Parking is shared with many other businesses in a strip mall type location, so it may be hard to find a spot on the weekends.

We dined on a Saturday night at 5:45. We got sat, and the place filled up rather quickly as the 6pm dinner rush had started. We sat at the table for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Once the service started, we had to ask for bread and no plates or glasses were cleared through out the dinner. Food is excellent but service was definitely lacking.
Kid-friendliness: No kids menu but will accommodate with smaller portions of basic kids pasta items

Great place, being from NY you can't find a good veal parm anywhere in Colorado. The pasta that comes with is different then I'm used to but still a great dish. Expensive but when the food is worth it i am willing to pay! Suggestion is i would do veal, chicken parm heros. Kinda miss those also!
