The Taj Mahal III is one of my top choices for an Indian lunch buffet. The chef makes excellent Indian food, and the vegetables are always cooked to perfection. As a vegetarian, I like that the buffet always offers three vegetarian choices. I really like their Saag, which is always on the buffet. In my opinion it's the best saag in Boulder County. Also, the buffet always has Samosa and Pakora. Their Samosas' are my favorite, too. I like that they are mildly flavored....

Great spot for some indian cuisine. We got mostly chicken dishes. All the chicken was very tender and moist and the flavors are bold and tasty.
Service was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the curry and the Chicken Tikka.

My work bought lunch one day and right away I was a fun. It's honestly the best Indian food I have ever had. Took my lady here for a dinner date and she was blown away. Plus the staff was very nice and attentive.
