The food is not bad and typical coffee shop items. The prices are high and they wanted $7.45 for a ham and cheese croissant-it was small too. The prices are ok if the vibe was better. The staff are rude and not friendly. They look miserable and their vibe is gross also the coffee is not hot and there are better options than this place. Go up the street to find good customer service and good options elsewhere because the workers are snobs. I was overcharged and for a mocha it was $5.61 and I paid $6.73 so $1.12 overcharged. Look at your bill if you come here.

Cute cafe right on Main Street in Louisville. I had the golden milk latte which was good but I felt that they used at too much turmeric. The foam was good but again way too much turmeric and was kind of grainy. However the chocolate cake was one of the best I've had. The texture was so smooth and silky and was the perfect amount of sweetness and richness which I find is a very difficult balance with a cake like this. Service was also very friendly as well.

I have been a long time customer for years and have gotten my coffee ground from here multiple times before. I went in today to refill my coffee for my machine at home and this barista in particular said they could not grind coffee. Additionally, I waited a very long time for them to acknowledge our presence. After this encounter I called Giovannitti and they quickly answered my question and promptly added that they would love to grind coffee beans for me. Sadly I will not be getting coffee from them any longer.

Their doors said they were open and Google said they were open til 5. We get there 10 mins til close and no one is around. Then another customer who was also waiting notified the worker that he had customers waiting and he rudely said sorry we actually close at 430 and you guys shouldn’t even be in here right now because we are deep cleaning.

Delicious burrito, excellent coffee and kind staff — all in an eclectic coffee shop with welcoming indoor and outdoor seating, a true neighborhood coffee shop :)

It says they open at 6:30am, but they don't. Can't review the place bc we couldn't wait. Their hours are wrong on here.

The food / coffee was divine however the service was curt. As for the ambience it was awesome it was a very cute little coffee shop and everyone was giving good vibes ( aside from the barista)! 8/10 would recommend!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, terrible coffee. Their food and other drinks are good, but I'd recommend avoiding the drip coffee at all costs.

Delicious pastry and coffee. I want to come back for lunch. Bike ride with friends. Good bike parking, big outdoor patio.

Great food. Great coffee. Friendly baristas. What else could you ask for? All in a cozy little part of Louisville. Easy to access and a great place to meet up.

We stopped in to take out some pastries for lunch and a dessert for dinner. The service was kind but highly distracted (they were more interested in each other than in us). The lamination in the croissants is fabulous and the filling in the danishes shows a delightful and tasty self-restraint on sweetness. No fault of the establishment, but by 1pm, pastries were a little stale. Probably better to come first thing in the day.

Cute place with kind staff. Best caramel latte I've had in a while so very happy with that.

Asked for a side of potatoes and avocado, the avocado was about 1/8 of a full avocado and half of it was inedible (brown and rotten), paid too much for what I received. Some of the staff was not friendly, didn't even acknowledge us at all. On a positive note, I like the ambiance.
