One of the worst restaurant experiences. Took almost 3 hours. Server was rude and rarely checked on us. Food quality was very poor - meat was tough. Bill was $330 for three of us. I noticed on the bill that we were charged for the 4 course but we ordered only entrees. Server argued and said we ordered the 4 course. I've had better food at the diner down the street.

We went to the Louisville Colorado location and as always, did not disappoint. We got the dinner for 2, fusion meal, Wisconsin cheddar fondue, house salad and California salad and the flaming turtle with milk chocolate for desert fondue. Our waiter, Skyler was amazing, very professional, attentive and polite, the bartender was great and the whole staff were so nice and professional. Thank you for a great birthday, anniversary dinner.. We'll be back ❤

Always a wonderful experience whether you are going with a loved one or your entire family! The service, atmosphere, and food are always phenomenal regardless of the occasion!
Devin made the experience. Cocktails were perfect, and the conversation was pleasant, as he dropped the drinks off. You can visibly see Devin was busy, making the drinks and running them, but never once rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable. We'll be back to see Devin.
This was our first visit to The Melting Pot, and it ended up being a really memorable experience. Gabby did an excellent job walking us through everything and made what could have been an overwhelming menu feel easy to navigate. Her recommendations and attention throughout the meal made a big difference. The experience itself is worth the price, but the food certainly helps justify it too. Everything was delicious, and our favorite part of the meal was easily the Flaming Turtle chocolate fondue.

The Melting Pot always strives to make your occasion special. We come every year for our anniversary and every year they make sure to make it one of a kind. The Louisville location is our FAVE. The old mine shaft vibes are perfection and there are tons of hidden spots around the restaurant. We LOVE the booths with the curtains for an extra cozy vibe. Our favorite cheese is the fiesta (Wisconsin Cheddar is a close second) and the flaming turtle is a chef's kiss to end the night. We tried the 24k golden anniversary chocolate tonight and omg I hope the powers that be keep that on the menu.... DIVINE. Thank you for another amazing anniversary dinner Melting Pot of Louisville.
