Our server was great, talked fast, but was excellent and efficient. The ambiance/building is kind of depressing/too dark, an old building smells and feels. The food was good, not great/outstanding. The appetizer and dessert items, you can tell they are just bulk items you can buy at Costco/Sysco (pretzel, bread, waffle, pound cake, brownie, blondie, etc) and cut it small for dipping. It is an experience, not really about the food. The front desk can be much better and attentive instead of just looking down on the phone. On the reservation, I mentioned a birthday celebration, but none of the staff noticed that.
I was there on a first date and thought the restaurant was conducive to talking. The server was great and there was plenty of food. I was stuffed when I left the restaurant. I loved the history of the building and how Melting Pot stayed true to its roots.
Date night with my wife and we had a fantastic time. We had the 5th anniversary menu and there was so much food. Lexi was a great server and she was very helpful with selections and sauce recomendations. The cocktails were very good as well. We will be going back with a group of friends next time!
The servers are SO happy like almost suspiciously happy but hey nothing wrong with that. Great food. Everything was fresh.
We had such a perfect dinner at the Melting Pot in Louisville, Colorado! We were there to celebrate our son's 38th birthday and it was a very special evening. First, we should note that our server, Asia, gave us some of the best service and attention we've ever had in a restaurant. She was personable, highly attentive, educated us well on food choices and procedures since it was our first time there, and was extremely knowledgeable on allergens. This last point is so important to me as I am gluten intolerant and have an egg allergy. In spite of that, my dinner was fabulous and I had no digestive issues. This is rare for me when eating out! My husband and son enjoyed their four course dinner and I ordered a la carte. All of our meals were so yummy and the experience was a lot of fun. Only downside was the high price, but it was a special occasion. What a treat!
It was pretty nice and its little town is amazing. I loved it. Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.
We are in town on vacation, and I thought the melting pot would be a fun way to pig out. As a server myself, if I saw the two of us sat at my table, (two fat people, dressed pajama/casual, looking like we'd ask for mountain dew) I'd have a hard time not being prejudice. But Skylar gave us an amazing experience. His personality was everything you want from your server, so charming! Thank you!

I’ve been visiting The Melting Pot for many years and have always appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the fun, interactive dining experience. The food is generally enjoyable, though on the half price fondue happy hours, the bread and vegetables sometimes seem a bit less fresh, occasionally dry or wilted. Which takes away from an otherwise great meal.
On my last two visits, months apart, I was served by the same waitress who had visible sores and bandages on her hands. It appeared to be more of an ongoing skin condition than a one time accident. On both occasions, I also noticed her hands coming very close to, or at times touching, food items being served. While I understand this may have been unintentional, it’s something that has stuck in my mind. Unfortunately, now when I think about returning, that memory tends to overshadow my past positive experiences. I’m sharing this because I’ve truly enjoyed this location over the years and would love to feel confident about returning.
My experience at The Melting Pot in Louisville was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and every course was delicious. The cheese fondue was rich and flavorful, the meats were cooked exactly how we wanted, and the chocolate fondue was the perfect ending to the night. I can’t wait to come back!

This place was perfect for a special birthday celebration. The food is always good, but our server was spectacular: friendly, attentive, but not too much. I recommend this location, too.

Last minute reservation, last table of the night, and Stephy made the experience absolutely perfect! Went above and beyond catering to our group and our tastes. Felt so welcome, the process was explained with such patience, and every bite was amazing.
