Delicious pastries and hot chocolate made for a fun morning on a chilly day! Can't wait to go back for the actual coffee that looks amazing.

Jen and her staff have always been great. Have gone there for over 15 years. I'd say to those few who complained about the service: I'm pretty sure it's you, not them.

The service is always fast, even if there's a line!

I'm so happy I won the free coffee for life contest! Thanks. Glad I was allowed to cut in front of the middle schoolers, as directed by the cashier, otherwise I would not have won!

There are clearly a lot of locals enjoying fresh coffee from Vic's. We did the same, including cappuccinos with coconut milk, unfortunately no oat milk. Most tables insides, a few outside. Service is really good and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere, a good place to relax.

The shop has a great aesthetic with plenty of seating. The menu was detailed with a variety of Espresso Options and other drinks at a fair price.

Jenny and her team will start your morning with cheer, conversation and coffee. Simply the best.

Unassuming coffee shop in the heart of the downtown Louisville district. Best part, aside from the typical great caffeine fix concoctions and amazing staff, they're the only coffee spot in the area open at 6am.

I think management needs to step up and put more than one fella on the floor. I almost felt worse for him than the 6 bored customers waiting in anticipation for the drive through customers to be served. Haha apparently the other worker had to "let his dog out" & that was the reason why I should be "a little patient"

This is THE CUTEST little espresso coffee place in town! The employees are super kind and extremely knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is a perfect blend of UK and French coffee shop with an American touch. Pros- Solid and consistent Coffee with enough variety to allow experimentation, but not so much that I drown in never-ordered options. BEYOND AMAZING staff! Jenny who is the GM is the kindest soul i've ever seen in a coffee shop, she's a laugh riot and a champion at customer service. The parade of young people who work are always friendly, and it must be said, TOTAL DREAMBOATS! I definitely wondered the first time i came in if this was like, a Chippendale themed bar with the eye candy on display, easily a perk when i spend a few hours typing and drinking coffee here! Ownership, on a more serious note, seems genuinely concerned and attentive to growing needs and maintenance. This is simply the best run coffee shop I drink at regularly. Cons- The menu is fairly static, or at least is advertised that way. I wouldn't have minded a rotating cast of drinks each month to sample. Vic's isn't a very well kept secret, it gets BUSY and while the staff are up to the task, finding a good spot to sit can be brutal. There aren't really enough outlets/workspaces for this to be a multi-hour workspace kind of coffee shop, but admittedly that isn't vic's aim. Overall this is my new regular coffee spot, I am proud to stop in every day on my way to work for my caffeine!

I've only been here on weekday mornings. It is jam packed with middle school students in the morning, making it very congested and noisy. Getting a seat at one of the few tables is impossible.

Not only does Jenny make the BEST latte she is always nice and welcoming. Matter of fact, I've never had a bad experience here. Every single person is always kind and welcoming. Great service is not always easy to find in this town. This Vic's is always clean. You know they care about their customers and their offerings.
