Outstanding commitment to the customer! I went their this morning and there cash registers weren't working, so they could neither accept cash nor card. So what did they do? They gave me my latte for free and said "payment machine is down, free drinks this morning". That's was such a wonderful thing to do instead of turning me away. Thank you staff at ziggie's on Louisville!
Came here for a coffee on the way to the rocky and was able to use my rewards from out of state and landed me a free 16oz drink. Perfect start to the day and the drinks are just as good as back home.
I don’t write reviews often but we visited this location recently and were thoroughly impressed with the customer service. My kids were being a pain and indecisive about what they wanted to order, the barista was so sweet and patient explaining flavors and options. They whipped up our drinks super fast too. A+++
