Ate at the bar for date night. Hanna was in command of the busy bar and section, and had attention and a smile for everyone. Generous happy hour to go until 6. Vegetarian lasagna was a super pleasant surprise.
Stopped by for happy hour on a Saturday and had a great experience. They have a ton of options at fairly reasonable prices.
We tried the butternut squash arancini and funghi pizza, both of which were delicious. The free bread that they give you also was super tasty.
Favorite drink was the basilico, though the house pinot grigio was also great. I wasn't as much of a fan of the sangria di cristo, but it wasn't bad.

I love this restaurant, it's a downtown Louisville gem.
I have to admit one thing though, I'm uncomfortable with the automatic 4% fee for "kitchen and farm wage". Yes everyone deserves a living wage. I just didn't know the whole supply chain was explicitly my dining responsibility. I sort of thought that stuff was already baked into the price. And it's awkward; do I still tip 20% and thus bring my gratuity to 24% all-in? Or do I calculate...
