Delicious food, swift and quality service. The sign & parking lot could use some lighting, the booth seats need a little maintenance.

Such a unique and special place. The food is amazing. The service and folks who work here are kind and attentive. The restaurant will have you convinced you stepped through a portal to Thailand. Can't recommend this place enough.

I have tried every single Thai restaurant in the Fort Collins / Loveland area and can honestly say that Bai Tong is the most consistently excellent Thai food I’ve had. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and they make take out a very easy experience as well. There’s a reason I keep coming back to Bai Tong.

We ordered take out for dinner. It's a little hard to get to if you come from the wrong side of town and the GPS wasn't helping. But it's worth it. We ordered Pad Kee Mow, Tom Kha and Massaman Curry. The Pad Kee Mow was delicious, with plenty vegs and hearty portion. The best of the 3 dishes we ordered definitely. The Tom Kha was super creamy, great with rice, and the flavor was spot on. The Massaman curry was a little bland on the contrary compared to the other 2 dishes. The potatoes were in huge chunk and undercooked.

Vegetarian options: Most of all dishes can be made into vegetarian dish, just make sure to mention it so they can omit the fish sauce and/or eggs from some of the dishes. For protein options there is tofu or you can opt for vegetables only dish.

I really like the building itself, which has a plaque declaring that it's a Loveland Architectural Landmark. Originally a home? There are different levels inside, at least two of which are for restaurant seating. We sat upstairs. The decor is lovely, but I would recommend re-covering the booth seats.

We ordered the Appetizer Sampler Plate and were glad we did - all 4 fried items were delicious, and so were the 3 sauces to dip them in. That was my favorite part of the meal. My entree was Massaman Curry. Loved the Level-4 (out of 5) heat, and the food was good. My wife had Jungle Curry, and it just wasn't what she expected; you could legitimately call it a soup. Both dishes looked like their menu photos, so we take full responsibility for what we ordered! Both of us came away agreeing that we'd like to go back, but try different entrees.

The food was just okay, small portions, the tofu color was unappetizing, not flavorful, overall just okay. The dining room needs a serious cleaning and update. There was a layer of dust on all the decor and the air vents. The furnishings and floors need a refresh.

Excellent Thai food with clearly marked gluten free options. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service and food is generally quite fast. Highly recommend!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free dishes are clearly marked and there are a lot of options in salads, rices, curries, and a few noodle dishes.

I have been eating here for over 6 years and it is always great. Eating inside is nice as long as it’s not too crowded, and the portions are usually fairly large. Take out is also a good option and the food is hot when picked up. Always a safe option where everyone in the family can pick dishes they like. Great spicy dishes!
