I'm not annoyed with how long my food took I'm annoyed with how. This poor woman is taking orders through the drive-through and inside but also making most of the food. Get this girl some help!

I drive for a living, and have always loved Carl's Jr. If I could rank them for customer service, I think Loveland would come first, Fort Collins second, Cheyenne third, and the rest along NOCO feel much more corporate but still good. I only have one complaint... PLEASE bring back the Pastrami Burger!
