I’m not sure if it was just because I picked up and didn’t dine in, but multiple ingredients were missing from the spicy miso ramen. I’d been craving this place for so long and wanted to try before I move out of state and I’m terribly disappointed.
The gyoza were also covered in grease. Not quite sure what happened…
Finally a good quality restaurant. Great service great food and the place looks amazing! Will continue to eat here !!
My husband and I stumbled upon this place about a year ago, and we're so sad we didn't find it sooner! Everything is always delicious and the service is outstanding. We're moving out of state soon and this will be the restaurant we miss most in NoCo!

Bowl Izakaya offers great, authentic food. The restaurant provides an elevated experience with delicious food and friendly, efficient service. Customers are pleasantly surprised by the interior, which feels like a standalone Asian restaurant. The food is amazing, from the fried jalapeños to the salmon bowl and miso soup. The matcha cheesecake is a delicious way to end the meal. This is a favorite date spot, with every dish absolutely delicious, freshly prepared and consistently great. Customers cannot go wrong ordering here; any food, drinks, appetizers, sushi will come out a 10/10 every time. The Fried Shishito, Edamame and Spicy Pork Xiao Long Bao are especially big fans. The location itself is always very clean, has a pleasant temperature with some ambient music. Sushi was excellent, especially the Rock & Roll, which was absolutely amazing! Ramen and sushi are quite good and decent portions for the price. Staff always friendly.
