Buffalo Wild Wings

This place blows!! I think the teenagers working there don’t care about the food service. We ordered wings and celery sticks.
We got soggy wings and literally 2 celery sticks. The celery must cost to much!! The wings were gross and soggy. I have had bad experiences with the Brighton location as well and gave them another chance. But I will never order from them again!!
Hire some people who care about the food!! HELLO CORPORATE!!

Im not even sure I can rate the food or anything. I love buffalo wild wings but am beyond frustrated today. My fiance and I walked into the restaurant at around 3 on a Friday. It took ten minutes before we were treated by anyone. Once we sat down it took an additional thirty minutes before we decided to leave. No one came over to even take a drink order or say hi during this time frame. I am truly beyond disappointed.

First thing first I would like to say Jesse K is amazing! Second thing second I am a DoorDash or I was picking up an order for a DoorDash customer. I waited in the lobby and couldn’t get help for 7 to 10 minutes and I honestly felt like I was being ignored by every other worker walking past meuntil Jesse came up and asked if anybody’s helped me I said no and she said oh my God I am so sorry. Let me get you taken care of. I gave her the name of the customer. She grabbed it right away and sent me on my way. I think most of the servers/hosts/hostess need to be trained that DoorDash are not paid hourly they are paid per order so when we get delayed, we lose money

BWW always seems to have great servers. This one was excellent. 🙄 cant recall her name. Food is consistent across the board.

We tried to eat lunch here today and we sat there for 15 minutes before I had to go ask the host where our server was and she was just standing there and even after he talked to her she still didn't come to our table, worst server I've ever seen. The host was so sweet tho

Terrible experience for the second time as I wait to do a review. Our server Natalie was very rude, talked over me, tried to finish my sentences and then was mad when I asked for a manager after our food came out cold and bloody wings. Natalie was more worried about her family or friends sitting a couple tables away from us. Laura tried to help give solutions but was also snappy. More customer service needed.

Our waitress Nataliewas very rude, very pushy, and very unprofessional. When my wife and I received our food my traditional wings where so under cooked that there was still blood in them my wife’s boneless wings came out cold

We came here after experiencing crappy service at Rock Bottom (Nextdoor see review). We had the pleasure with having Ciara as our server. She was so welcoming, cheerful and very pleasant to be around. We sat at the bar to finish watching a game. The bar area was not very packed especially on a Wednesday night. However, Ciara made the most of it and made sure to entertain everyone in a great conversation. If I could give a 10 for her attitude, her customer service, her patience, and so much more I would. If you happen to go to this BWW ask for Ciara. I will definitely come back and request her. However she is the first person to ever refuse a $2 dollar bill after her 25 percent tip. Thank you! See you again.

The Manager Justin has a problem controlling his dining room. There were families with small children and others that were hearing a large table full.of people cuss and yell and make a scene. The server was made aware of the situation as were other that could be visibly seen shaking theirs heads because of the behavior. My family decided it was time to leave instead of enjoying our Sunday lunch and the football games. I asked to speak with the manager. I proceeded yo tell him how inappropriate it was toes that occur. He chewed me out for not bringing it to his attention. I said his staff knew it was happening and was informed that it wasn't their job to say anything. He ultimately told me to take his card and go. It's sad that a restaurant that serves families let things like that go, then treats someone who says there is a problem like they need to leave.

We had Alexis as our server at Buffalo Wild Wings in Loveland and she was fantastic! She was incredibly personable, friendly, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. Alexis went above and beyond to check in on us without ever being overbearing, and her positive attitude really stood out. Great service like hers makes all the difference — thank you, Alexis! On a day where it really really counts, you rounded off our day. Cheers!

Seems like the portions got smaller and the prices went up. Also the quality is beginning to slip. the service was pretty good. Not enough parking for the amount of people that were in the restaurant so people wherever they could park
