We ordered online for takeout, and the proceess was just fine. But the most infuriating thing was when I got home we found we didn't get half of the order. Absolutely unsatisfied.

Two stars for food, zero of the remaining three stars for service. I've been bringing my own hot sauces, from my Hot Ones subscription, here for years. The team members always enjoyed asking about them. Today, the manager saw me bring them in and had my server tell me I couldn't use my own sauces because a sign on the door says "no outside food or drinks". Hot sauces that I'm using on your wings that I'm purchasing and have purchased for years, along with my appetizers. I gave it a few hours to reflect and here's the outcome: Since the manager didn't take the effort to tell me themselves, I will not be coming back. Since this location was not losing revenue or patrons from my actions, I won't be coming back. It only takes one poor customer service decision to lose someone. Unfortunately , tonight was that night. Thank you for the many wings.

I was disappointed in the server not knowing the deals on game nights. I asked for the special beer on AVs game night posted on the door and 2 different people couldn't help me get it and disagreed with me that they offered Coors light on AVs game night for $3.50 pint. So I moved on and ordered a regular beer. Then our food came. Huge difference between our wings. My son had fresh fully sauced boneless wings and mine were old and about a third not covered in sauce. Frustrating for $60 I spent.

Employees have no personality and talk shit about the.people they are waiting on. Out of most everything we ordered. The only good thing honestly was spending time with my family. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

Absolutely gross food so much better back in the day the traditional wings were literally like beef jerky there was no tenderness to the meat almost choked multiple times had them reordered as boneless nothing but bread super sweet even the hot ones have no spice to them very disappointing definitely will not be returning too expensive for the food and the food's not even good plus the beer I got was completely flat all I can say is I would definitely not recommend eating at this place if you're going to spend this kind of money find a place worth it not to mention when I ordered the food they literally got it out in like 4 minutes already made for hours and then when they remade it they brought it out in like four or five minutes again like it was sitting there again also ordered some mozzarella sticks got those in 2 minutes soggy cold and just absolutely disgusting do not eat at this location unless you enjoy food poisoning and horrible food and service

Food made me super sick literally throwing up and crapping my brains out. Called in my order specifically asking if they had the deal on wings and then ordered traditional and they then failed to mentioned that those weren’t apart of the deal. Get to the store and it’s not ready and no one has a clue what I’m talking about. Paid 15$ more than expected pretty sure that’s false advertising. Super upsetting to know that they lied. Not welcoming at all and I’m just flabbergasted by the way things were handled. Would never recommend eating here or their rubbery a$$ wings.

Service was a little slow, for as few people were in the restaurant. The food was good. Unfortunately, they don't have the sliders anymore. Those were one of my favorites.

We got the cheese curds, and the waitress brought us some caramel sauce for dipping. It was really good! Thanks for the suggestion!

We went Friday night and had great service from our waiter. However, the restaurant was so dirty. There was trash all over the floor and they were clearly behind on cleaning up. I requested silverware and napkins from the lady who brought our food (salad and wings) and she rolled her eyes at me. Really??? Food was fine, not the best wings but they hit the spot.

Ordered through door dash and they handed our food to a random stranger. Went through door dash to have it cancelled and remade and they handed our food to a random person a second time, as our dasher contacted us saying that the staff told her they handed it out already after remaking it. What the hell is your process…? Never ordering takeout/delivery from here again.
