Bringing out food one meal at a time with 10 minutes between the first and last meal is crazy.

I am beyond STUNNED at the Google review about Ciara Chavez! My husband and I have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings in Loveland for years now purposely going on the nights Ciara works! We walk in and she knows what we drink and has it on our table within minutes!! We joke that we go to other restaurants expecting the same impeccable service, which we never seem to find! She is friendly and funny and just all around an incredible bartender/server and lucky for us someone we can now call a friend! I have to add that we are not the only ones who get the “Ciara treatment”. We see many others that come in and she knows their drink and the smiles on their faces when they see her…it is just AWESOME! I could go on and on but I will end it with this….Ciara is the reason we keep going back to BWW and will continue going as long as she’s there!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had Sierra the bartender last night March 21st, was probably the most worst individual I’ve ever met. RUDE, SCARCASTIC, AND OVERALL TERRIBLE TO HER GUESTS AND TO GER COWORKERS. I asked for a manager and I was told she was busy in the kitchen and she never came to talk to us plus we recieved little to no service after. The way she speaks in the bar to her coworkers is unbelievably unprofessional. Management should seriously reevaluate who they have working for them.

I spent my hard earned money on wings. Brooke ‘’my server’’ was standing right there and watched my daughter knock my wings on the floor. I asked if I could get more wings but was rejected. I realize that this was not the server or the restaurants fault but this is a big chain. It shouldn’t be an issue to make sure the customer is taken care of. Customer service is not a priority at this place. I will not be back.

Pickups are late 95% of the time. They can't keep up with takeout orders any day of the week. They are usually 15 minutes late and employees never give an accurate estimate.

Winging It at Buffalo Wild Wings - A Messy ExperienceI recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and let me tell you, it was an absolute disaster. First off, no napkins were provided, as if cleanliness is a foreign concept to them. Eating messy wings without any way to clean up is not my idea of a good time. And don't even get me started on the lack of basic utensils. No forks? Really? I didn't realize I was supposed to devour my wings like a caveman. It's not that hard to throw in a few utensils for your customers, Buffalo Wild Wings. But the cherry on top of this mediocre experience was the missing side of ranch. I mean, come on! How difficult is it to remember a side of ranch dressing? It's like they're playing a game of hide and seek with condiments. In conclusion, Buffalo Wild Wings needs to step up their game. Providing basic essentials like napkins, forks, and the correct sides shouldn't be too much to ask for. Until they figure that out, I'll be taking my wing cravings elsewhere.

Words fail to describe the terrible mediocrity of this place. Cold food, no food, wrong sauce, late drinks, waitress checked on us once the entire 45 minutes we waited for our full order. Carpet was extremely dirty, super loud TV. Avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth your hard earned money.

You guys should carry Beatbox Beverages as drink options!! They are great for sports games, cocktails, or frozen drinks! California and Arizona locations are already carrying them and have menus specifically for drink involving beatbox!

The Greeley location is closer but I drive the extra mile to go to this location due to the excellent service.
