Today they forgot our cookies so we had to wait and ask for them, then they gave us 2 drinks and 1 straw, then when we got all the way home, we realized they forgot all 4 sauces so we had to come all the way back. The guy at the window with the glasses and braces didn't apologize for any of it. It honestly seemed like he had to be under the influence of something and just repeatedly messing up our order. The cookies are also hard as a rock and taste burnt so we didn't even eat them. I cannot believe I paid $30 for food and service like that.

First of all the staff was not very friendly and the thing I wanted that you advertise I didn't get our food was disgusting didn't look like a sandwich even our burger wrappers were ripped and our tater tots were heavily over salted and we had to through it away.

I gave them a second chance and they were out of burgers, for being the king of burger this place is the worst place ive ever tried twice with terrible service........skip this place waste of time........cant give 0 stars

Sadly you can tell they aren’t rotating out their burgers as often as they are suppose to be or dating their veggies and replacing them in a timely manner. I normally really like burger king but since moving here it’s one of my least favorite fast food places. Today I caved and got a whopper junior with no pickles but for some reason I also got no lettuce I understand mistake happen but when it’s almost every time I get food from here (about 9/10 times) it gets highly annoying and is just laziness.

Honestly I would have to give this fine establishment 5 out of 5 stars. I must admit for being a fast food place I can always guarantee my meal will be nice fresh and hot. I personally choose this location and I definitely dont mind taking the time to eat at this specific location. One thing that I look for ALWAYS is. cleanliness. I can admire the work ethic I have seen within the younger employees because they always seem to be doing something and keeping the main lobby touched up. The drink station is spectacular and I never have to get that nasty sticky residue on my fingers from not cleaning the soda nozzles! Over all I think it's a amazing environment. The manager I always interact with is Heath. It finally makes sense as to why this store runs so well! The respect and mutuality i have noticed even in a high stress rush he always kills it and really goes out of his way to genuinely make sure I am taken care of. Good job burger king. Hope everyone has the same experience as me
Service was great. Nice employees. But my fiery royal crispy chicken was flat and hard. I have a chronic pain condition with the nerve in my face. Its called trigeminal neuralgia. Eating sometimes is already tough enough but when a sandwich is old and flat and chewy I literally cant eat it. Its upsetting I eat bk kindof too much because my kids absolutely love it. Their chicken fries were perfectly fresh. But my chicken sandwich is literally not edible. The fries are mehh. Need a little more time. And the soda machine needs co2 or something

This particular location always seems to struggle to get carry-out food done quickly and usually forget syrup or something you asked for.

Very generous and quality food and wonderful service at drive-through especially!
I stood there with my 60+ mother and 2 children for 20 minutes, during this time they talked to each other, completely ignored our existence and then they switched the menu from breakfast to regular menu. We waited another 5 minutes basking if we could get help.
I have no idea how the food is due to the fact that we waited almost 30 min with no help.
I hope this is looked into because there is no reason for a company to pay people to make the customers leave without the company making any money.

Always my favorite BK to go to. The guy there is awesome and handles every order with care. I will update with his name when I remember it.
