After waiting in line for 5+ minutes behind two other people. We were told it would be a while, we're not taking counter orders right now, only driving through. This plase needs to permanently close. Why have a fast food restaurant if they won't take your order. 12 people in line waiting to order and what appeared to be a manager looks up and says we won't be taking any orders at the counter for a while and continues to service drive through customers. They lost my business as while as several others in line. I imagine this guy would also expect a tip for his existence. This was about 6:00 pm on a Wednesday. Lock the doors, turn off the lights, and tell your employees to find a new job. It is more profitable for your business.

takes forever to place and get order, often get shorted or not what i ordered- ask for napkins, condements, never in the bag- they pretty much make it "their way" not "your way"

Not the first time I've been here and they have either not given me something I ordered or given me the wrong items in the order. Piss poor service I waited over ten minutes in the parking lot only to not get one of my fries and to get a different burger than what I ordered. I recommend going to a different burger king location maybe they might be more computant

Constantly messing up my meals.. probably about 6 times.. and this is through the app.. manager was weird and used my expense to make his mood better' but somone was right behind me which made his mood worse?? Its really creepy and I just cant ayand the anomaly of what this Burger King is..m
I will not recommend going to this location because I spoke with the manager there they wouldn’t be able to refund my money even though I did it through the Burger King mobile app and when I order through the DoorDash DoorDash, our food only deliver one drink and my pie so I will not recommend going to this place If you wanna go to another Burger King location and go on the one in N. Garfield Ave. they have better service there and I highly recommend not ordering through the mobile app ordering through DoorDash because they will refund your money

I went through the drive through tonight. I ordered the Wednesday Whopper which they didn't have the buns for which was understandable it's popular right now I get that. Instead getting a soda with my meal I got the shake instead. They charged me for both the drink that comes with the meal and the shake. I told her I didn't order the soda I ordered the shake instead. She said ok. I asked are you going to make the correction so it goes back to my card she just shut the window and turned the opposite direction.
