I stood there with my 60+ mother and 2 children for 20 minutes, during this time they talked to each other, completely ignored our existence and then they switched the menu from breakfast to regular menu. We waited another 5 minutes basking if we could get help. I have no idea how the food is due to the fact that we waited almost 30 min with no help.
I hope this is looked into because there is no reason for a company to pay people to make the customers leave without the company making any money.

After waiting in line for 5+ minutes behind two other people. We were told it would be a while, we're not taking counter orders right now, only driving through. This plase needs to permanently close. Why have a fast food restaurant if they won't take your order. 12 people in line waiting to order and what appeared to be a manager looks up and says we won't be taking any orders at the counter for a while and continues to service drive through customers. They lost my business as while as several others in line. I imagine this guy would also expect a tip for his existence. This was about 6:00 pm on a Wednesday. Lock the doors, turn off the lights, and tell your employees to find a new job. It is more profitable for your business.

takes forever to place and get order, often get shorted or not what i ordered- ask for napkins, condements, never in the bag- they pretty much make it "their way" not "your way"

Piss poor service I waited over ten minutes in the parking lot only to not get one of my fries and to get a different burger than what I ordered. I recommend going to a different burger king location maybe they might be more computant
