This location has made me lose faith in chick fil a. I (as a mother) USED TO always have faith in chick fil a making it easy for me to order, pick up, and feed my kids within a few minutes as they were fast and always accurate with their orders. I have tried not once, but THREE different times to come to this chick fil an and they have messed my order up every single time. This last time was my breaking point and I will not be back. I’d rather take my business somewhere they can get my order right the first time! Huge disappointment! I actually left crying I was so frustrated with the service

Friendly service, clean atmosphere. The food was just ok, and fairly expensive. Waffle fries were still white like they weren’t cooked all the way, cold and chewy. Bun on my sandwich was dry, cheese wasn’t melted. And the bacon had no flavor. The chicken patty was the only thing that was good. All the food looked great when it came out. Just let me down when I ate it.

At this point every Chick-fil-A is 5 star experience with same quality food every where with probably the best service fast food by far. This ones no different anything on the menus good fast and cheap-ish. Always clean to. (TRY THE MAC AND CHEESE)

Over a half hour in the drive thru lane. On top of the expensive food add a huge gas bill. Great food not worth the wait.

This drive thru is slow as molasses and awful. There is zero sense of urgency or regard for the customers' time. Waited almost 10 minutes to get a diet coke and a buttered biscuit. The car in front of me was blocking the exit also waiting on their food. The employees were observed moving slowly and engaging in small talk while customers' waited on food. A little less talk, a lot more action will improve execution and delivery in your drive thru!

my chicken last night was undercooked and I ate it in the dark so it took me till the second tender to convince myself to actually check it.
Both my partner and I are having horrible stomach issues today. Don’t go here anytime soon
