This Chili's location is absolute garbage! Very poor service and idiot staff! Bartender claimed the two different queso on the menu where the same; a week later I find out they're totally different, which is what I thought! Complained to the manager, who didn't seem to care! Margaritas were good... only positive thing I can say. ??

Absolutely horrible we’ve learned our lesson don’t ever come here. This was my favorite place not now. Our waitress was absolutely rude an under trained. No suggestions or advice on anything processed to order we got smokehouse combos with chicken crispers and brisket quesadillas we wait over 40 mins to receive the order no sauces and everything is undercooked and or frozen/cold everything was thrown on the plate. For $20 a plate so not even worth it. Reminds me of horrible bar food it’s not even restaurant quality. We asked for the manger for her to walk right past us an go to another table behind us an starts talking with them I turn around an said it’s not them it’s us. Her attitude from the get go was rude she did replace everything but wanna know the truth about the replacement orders absolutely horrible ever now is overcooked rock hard no flavor. Just horrible all around. Never again imma just take my business to Fort Collins location. No stars if I could not worth it . Would not recommend or comeback.

This was the best Chili's I've ever been to. Staff was super attentive and on top of everything. We were there on St. Patrick's day and we never felt forgotten about and appreciated the prompt service.

Surprised the food has improved. My daughter thought this would be a safe lunch choice, and it was vastly better than the last time we were here. 3 for Lunch Special great value. My daughter loved her potato soup. My burger was great. Her chicken fingers and the French fries were over-salted but, over all, very enjoyable.

Justin was awesome, some of the best service I’ve had! The food was amazing as well.
I am so disappointed with Chili's. I took my mom and we ordered two presidenta margaritas, my mom's margarita tasted fine, and mine was straight tequila. I sent it back to add more mix, and it came back the same as before. I made them take it back. This is the fifth time they have done this to me. I will no longer order alcohol from Chili's. I asked for food to go, and they served it on a plate. Ugh. I'm so done.

Ordered chips and queso. Absolutely disgusting!!!! The queso was so burnt it has dried up and tasted burnt. The chips were more like 90% crumbs. I paid over 10.00 for something that was completely inedible. Very disappointing to have something so simple messed up so badly on every aspect. ?
