Unfortunately today’s experience at Chipotle was not a great one- the workers were fine and friendly but I don’t think they are keeping up to par with the food’s quality. The guacamole was dark brown, indicating it was days old- which is ridiculous considering it’s a separately priced add on. The beans were also crusted, they were completely cold and coagulated together. To think this level of inadequacy still costs over $15 is absurd..overall it made my usually appetizing bowl almost inedible

We walked in on a Friday night for dinner. OMG that's place was disgusting. Looks like nobody was doing any cleaning. The counter was never wipe down the whole time we were in line. Must of the food looked like it has been sitting there for ever. I couldn't even order guacamole with my burrito. It's was hardly any in the pan and what was in there was black and green. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 if I was the owner I would be embarrassed how things were running. Unexseplable in my eyes.

Correct me if I’m wrong. But my boyfriend’s burrito tonight definitely had pieces of uncooked steak. My boyfriend never took a bite of these pieces but instead noticed them and pulled them out. He noticed they were “pink and squishy” from the outside. He then asked me to check it and I definitely think this was undercooked. My boyfriend then kindly proceeded up to the front to ask the worker if he noticed it. The employers reaction was “all our streak is cooked medium rare and it was supposed to look like that.” He said, “that’s not raw..” they did not offer to remake or really investigate this which causes concern to me, if my boyfriend gets food poisoning these next couple days they will personally be hearing from me.

I went in and ordered a quesadilla and a burrito added guacamole and to my surprise it was black i kindly asked if they had a fresh one the cashier and line crew said it all looks the same they said our avocados ate black inside like what! Terrible customer service! If I could give 0 stars I would

Honestly the only chip I’ll go to. Not even trying to be like that, but honestly I stopped eating chipotle for years cuz I was always getting nasty/hard chicken or steak. And all the other ingredients look like they’ve been out for a week, but I’ve been coming back to this one for like 6 months now n my food is always fresh as hell. And the other one that’s in Loveland off of Eisenhower and Taft is dogshit.

Service is horrible and their portion sizes are a good size for a 5 year old but not a grown adult! Short blonde girl at the front absolutely ripped me on portion size while giving an attitude and still made me pay $20. Should’ve just walked out. They should shut this cesspool of a store down and put a Qdoba in its place, would probably draw in a lot more customers.
I STRONGLY discourage you from going to this chipotle. Go to the other one on the other side of town. I work near this chipotle and come here on my lunch break every day. I order the same meal every single time. I order the kids tacos, today when I ordered I noticed the employee gave me barely any food. I mean like… maybe 10 grains of rice, 5 pieces of chicken, ect. For a meal that is supposed to make TWO tacos. It would barely make one taco. I asked the employee politely if she could put more food in. She immediately responded with an additude and nearly refused to put more food in. I explained to her that I order this every week, and have never received such small portions. She looked too stunned to speak. After some time of me staring at her she got up and put more food in. This time it may have been enough for ONE taco!!! Reluctantly I paid for my food and cried in my break room at work over the most POS tacos I’ve ever had. And it was $9. She told me if I wanted adult portions to order adult sizes, rude. I’m not one to complain but the amount of food I received was absolutely ridiculous. Pls make changes so I can come back and enjoy my tacos again.

I ordered my order online on the app. It said it would be ready at a certain time. But it was way longer to the point that I had to cancel my order. I tried canceling my order and it was extremely difficult. When I finally canceled it they still didn't give me my money back or the points I used for the order. They really need to work on their customer service. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience
