The 2 burritos i ordered were kid size burritos. One was missing the guac but they definitely didn’t forget the hot salsa that I asked to be light! The food on top of it was stale! I don’t usually write reviews but what the hell is going on! This was $30!!

I went in to order my food and had Bryce! He was very respectful for my what would be somewhat obnoxious for some other places order!! As I finished my order I realized I had forgotten beans for my bowl and he gave them to me and said it was on the house!! Amazing customer service!

Nov 11th 2025, 1pm MDT - Bloody racism, the lady with a tattoo on her left side of neck… she did put a lot of meat and rice and other stuff to the american (white) before me and not even 1/4th of the same bowl I ordered - both pauing the same price. @Chipotle kindly train your employees to show equality for all races.

It's just not worth the money. We got a large chips and guacamole and it was $8.30, pre-tax. The chips were disgusting: stale, hard, and inedible. The prefilled chip sack thing they have stacked up behind the register is clearly not working. We will definitely stick to Q-Doba in the future. Their chips are fresh, the guac is good, and they don't charge to add it on entrees.
4:35pm on June 10th 2025. Just watched an employee blow his nose into a napkin while working behind the counter. Didn’t wash his hands. And chewing gum. 3 health code violations.

Today I came into the store and Immediately I noticed the store was dirty and there was nobody at the line to take my order. After a bit of standing, a manager (a girl with red hair, and about 5 feet tall) finally rushed in and started speaking to me very fast and loud, raising her voice a bit to where I was uncomfortable, her demeanor seemed like she was in a rush and she was speaking to me very fast, to where I felt like she was rushing me. I didn’t watch how much of the portions she was putting when I was there because I felt like I was being rushed so I was trying to focus on what I wanted quickly. When I went to eat the bowl the portions were very little and extremely disappointing; I’ve never had a bowl with such little portions at any chipotle, or even Qdoba. I’m not usually one to complain but anfter eating this small bowl I noticed a small bug inside the bowl crawling around, gross! How does that even happen?

The ownership needs to take more accountability and have some pride with how this restaurant is run. This is supposed to be a bowl but as you can see it’s a soup, which I didn’t I didn’t know they offered at Chipotle. This is theft. This chain and ownership is stealing from its customers.

Unfortunately today’s experience at Chipotle was not a great one- the workers were fine and friendly but I don’t think they are keeping up to par with the food’s quality. The guacamole was dark brown, indicating it was days old- which is ridiculous considering it’s a separately priced add on. The beans were also crusted, they were completely cold and coagulated together. To think this level of inadequacy still costs over $15 is absurd..overall it made my usually appetizing bowl almost inedible
