I went to Chipotle on Fall River in Loveland. I love Chipotle, but this time it was terrible im sorry to say. When I got there, there was no one at the counter. I waited 3 minutes before someone came to the front. I ordered a chicken burrito. There was literally no taste to it except the jalapeños in the guacamole. There is usually a good bit of protein in the burrito. I didn't pay attention to the girl because it's usually good. This time there was hardly any chicken...

I went in to order my food and had Bryce! He was very respectful for my what would be somewhat obnoxious for some other places order!! As I finished my order I realized I had forgotten beans for my bowl and he gave them to me and said it was on the house!! Amazing customer service!

Honestly the only chip I’ll go to. Not even trying to be like that, but honestly I stopped eating chipotle for years cuz I was always getting nasty/hard chicken or steak. And all the other ingredients look like they’ve been out for a week, but I’ve been coming back to this one for like 6 months now n my food is always fresh as hell. And the other one that’s in Loveland off of Eisenhower and Taft is dogshit.
