Usually have had good experiences here but today wasn't great. While waiting about 5 minutes to be greeted, I watched the girl at the counter drop the oven tray and 2 pairs of tongs on the floor. 30 seconds later she picked these items up and set them back on the counter, 30 seconds after that she used those same floor tongs to handle two food items for customers. I was considering buying a mug and bag of beans but instead I just got a cinnamon roll that had utensils I had not seen on the ground. The coffee I got was barely warm and had plenty of grounds in it. I hope they can reinforce proper food safety for the staff here. There was also sign for a free cinnamon roll with Google review but I don't think this is what they meant.
