80% of the time my order is wrong. But I keep coming back. And I will come and get emotionally hurt again. Don’t base your mood on the order being what you wanted.

Food is great, service is trash. Came in to pickup an online order that was ready. Walked in and two people looked at me behind the counter, we made eye contact and they said nothing. No greeting, didn’t ask if I needed something just looked at me multiple times within the 5-7 minutes I stood there in front of the counter. I received terrible service while my food sat on the counter getting cold right in front of me. Staff deserves less than minimum wage for their customer service skills.
This was my husband and i’s first time here. It was great we had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. 10 out of 10 service was awesome to!!!!

Counter lady not super friendly wanted to be right. She needs a lesson in customer service and how to sell items to customer not say I was telling you.... sorry just had a question. My bad. Ordered Bahn bowls. Pickled veg in the bowl is Cucumber carrots and red cabbage, not pickled. Also ordered a Vienna from zwei and received odells. Yes i know the difference. Poor decision to try this place. It won't happen again nor recommend.

I moved here from a major city where all the food is amazing. One of my biggest complaints in Colorado is the terrible quality of cuisine. If I didn’t cook it myself it probably tastes like sand…with one exception. Thank you, comet chicken, for being the only edible thing in this entire region.

I went in today as a paying customer and was confronted by one of the staff members about a personal situation in their lobby, then proceeded to hear them gossiping about it as I left the building. This is not how you treat your customers whether or not you know them. When you are on the clock you are to remain professional. Very poor choice by their employee, Q. I hope he and his coworkers soon learn the importance of workplace professionalism.
